1、我于20xx年9月24日在xx市xx国际旅行社支付了现金3220元，并签订了两人长江三峡四日游和武汉一日游的旅游合同，出发时间是20xx年xx月4日，结束时间是20xx年xx月8日。合同上注明了宜昌到武汉是乘坐大巴，武汉一晚住挂三星宾馆，行程结束后送我们到武汉市新华路或汉口火车站。但一路奔波劳累下午两点多到了宜昌，旅行社却没安排好大巴接我们，而且旅行社导游沿途还收了上百位到武汉旅客的车费，于是，一百多人吵闹着等了一个多小时，才等来一部小中巴，又因僧多粥少而争吵打闹半天，上演了一出“打闹胜者有位先坐，败者下车再等再争”的闹剧！！！

到武汉五环宾馆已是晚上九点多，武汉旅行社又换了一部车把我们送到小天鹅宾馆，这时候已是晚上十点多了，我们又累又饿，也没精力考究小天鹅宾馆是否挂三星宾馆了。第二天我们在武汉游玩，我与旅行社的导游和司机交涉了几次，他们不肯送我们去火车站，还谎话连篇说汉口火车站和武昌火车站都没有火车到广州，让我们去坐武汉火车站坐高铁，又说武汉火车站很远，不肯送我们去。最后我们实在没办法，又人生地不熟的，只好自己租赁车子到武汉火车站乘坐高铁。回来后我才查到，汉口火车站和武昌火车站每天都有很多班火车从武汉到广州，是旅行社的导游和司机不愿送我们到火车站。为此，我们多付了100元租车费，坐高铁又比火车多花了500元。xx国际旅行社违反了合同规定，我要求他们赔偿我们的经济损失。按履行社和我们所签定的团队国内旅游合同中第六章违约责任第十六条旅行社的违约责任4、旅行社违反了合同规定，中止对旅游者提供交通服务的，应当负担旅游者在被中止旅游服务期间的交通等必要费用，并向旅游者支付旅游费用总额30%的违约金。所以，xx国际旅行社应赔偿我们交通费损失600元，并支付我们旅游费用总额3220元的30%违约金966元。合计1566元。

2、我们在签订合同时一再说明我们中一人有*，在旅游景点能享受优惠或者免门票，让他们优惠旅游价格。但旅行社老板及其工作人员胡国宇等都说长江三峡是扶贫线路，任何证件都不享受优惠，他们承诺如果在景点*能打折，导游现场退还现金。我问他们xx国际旅行社有导游在游船上负责我们旅游事宜吗？他们说有。于是我要求他在签订的合同上写明在景点如*能打折导游现场退还现金。但在游长江三峡景点时我了解到*基本都能享受50%优惠，三峡大坝还能免费参观。我要求导游现场退还现金，但导游一再推诿，说xx市xx国际旅行社没交待，这时我才知导游不是xx国际旅行社。

他们这是违反旅行社和我们所签订的团队国内旅游合同中第六章违约责任第十六条旅行社的违约责任、旅行社未经旅游者同意，擅自将旅游者转团、拼团，旅游者在出发后得知，旅行社应当按旅游费用总额的25%向旅游者支付违约金。我多次打电话给旅行社工作人员胡国宇，让他交待导游退还差价，可他不肯，后来还不接电话，并一看到我们电话就关机。态度恶劣！！！最后，游船上的导游被我问烦了，退了45元给我。xx国际旅行社违反了合同规定，我要求他们按旅游费用总额3220元的25%支付违约金805元，退还我们多支付旅游费用总额3220元的xx%，计322元。合计1127元。

3、按旅行社和我们所签订的团队国内旅游合同中第六章违约责任第十六条旅行社的违约责任3、旅行社未经旅游者签字确认，安排本合同约定以外的另行付费项目的，应当承担自费项目的费用；擅自增加购物次数的，每次按旅游费用总额的xx%向旅游者支付违约金；强迫或者变相强迫旅游者购物的，每次按旅游费用总额的20%向旅游者支付违约金。而且，旅行社和我们所签定的团队国内旅游合同中第二章合同的签订第二条（8）购物安排中明文规定：旅行社安排的购物次数不超过行程日数的一半。但旅行社严重违反了合同规定，不仅有安排本合同约定以外的另行付费项目，每天还安排一次到两次的购物，有时还强迫消费！

更可恶的是景点工作人员和导游利用寺庙道观等圣洁的佛教圣地，人为地强迫及变相强迫我们给香油钱，给少了还不行，最少两三百，想随心给一百几十的不让走，还对不愿按他们意愿给的旅游者恶语中伤。这极大地破坏了xx和长江三峡的形象，给我们旅游者留下了非常坏的'印象，经南来北往的旅游者一宣传，以后谁还敢来xx和长江三峡旅游和投资？xx和长江三峡旅游胜地是一道对外的窗口，景点工作人员的言行举止无疑代表xx和长江三峡人民的形象和素质。这是贪小利而损坏一座城市的名声啊！！！xx国际旅行社严重违反了合同规定，我要求他们按旅游费用总额3220元的20%向我们支付擅自增加购物次数的违约金644元，并按旅游费用总额3220元的20%向我们支付强迫或者变相强迫旅游者购物的违约金644元。
