I'm a senior high school student named Li Hua. Now many students have iPads and think it's a fashion to use them. U sing an iPad, we can listen to music, download a lot of learning materials and read them on the screen. Apparently, it's helpful to our study, especially to our English listening.

Some students, however, bring their iPads to the classroom and listen to music without earphones, which makes the teacher and other students greatly annoyed. Some of them even waste precious time in class playing video games.

In my opinion, as students, we should make good use of iPads to help achieve academic success. The classroom is a place for students to study, and is awfully needed for us to learn our lessons. Furthermore, the school should make a rule to guide the students to use iPads in a proper way.

人生一世，如草木一秋，每一个人的“品种”不同，起点也自然不同。有些树是名贵品种，表面看着树干坚实，若无足够强壮的根，也一样抵不过风雨；有些树则矮小却根系发达，但只有会积累养分，挺住风雨的最后才能在那些名贵树种的顶上开枝散叶，汲取更充足的阳光。

强者生而为“名贵树种”，却不一定都有牢固的“根”。强者的根是志向，是初心，曾有哲人曰：“世上的很多伟大都源自不变的追求。”强者只有在开始就定好志向，并能在风雨中掌好船舵，才能驶向光明的岸，不会走错了路，不迷失方向。魏武有武将的天赋，挥鞭东指，老当益壮，是一代豪杰对建功立业之志的坚守；鲁迅才华横溢，以如椽大笔，横扫一切反动势力，是一位文化旗手对救国救民之志的坚守。再如浊世里的倔强关汉卿，深明大义的爱国志士烛之武，他们都生而为强者，而且都有坚韧顽强的心，目光如炬，在中国的历史长河中熠熠生辉。

弱者生而矮小，却并不是永远矮小。“苔花如米小，也学牡丹开。”弱者无须自卑，弱者也可以有鸿鹄之志，弱者也可以在夜空中找到属于自己的光芒。但弱者若想要成大事，必须要执着追求，以勤补拙。乒乓球运动员曾说过：“我觉得挫折是一种财富。我不是智者，但我可以变为强者，智者可以举一反三，避免错误。而我需要把所有的错误犯过后才能知道不应该这样走。”再想想愚公移山，你会发现弱者其实并不“愚”，只是不能走捷径，只能靠平时日复一日的勤奋积累来弯道超车，路途虽远，但风险不大，脚踏实地，依旧能到达曾经遥不可及的远方。最慢的步伐不是跬步，而是徘徊，最快的脚步不是冲刺，而是勤奋，是坚持。“坐令空山出锦绣，倚天照海花无数。”——空山收获繁花似锦表面上得益于奇思妙想，闲情雅致，本质上源自日复一日的坚持，源于一心一意勤于播种。弱者若能静心守望，勤奋坚持，也能迎来满山芳华的惊喜。

“生而强者不必自喜也，生而弱者不必自悲也。”我们不能决定自己的出生，但其实最后真正的成功都源自于后天的努力。无论是强者还是弱者，都需要豁达的心境，“不以物喜，不以己悲。”“令尹子文三代为令尹，无喜色；三已之，无愠色。”这样才能在静水中沉淀出一颗火热而赤诚的心，以志定心，以勤补拙，身后便是花开千树。

强不自矜，弱不自悲

有人说：“强弱是人们生而有之的，生而强为幸，生而弱为不幸。”然而铁杵尚可成针，强弱自也无常。在我看来，幸与不幸，在乎人，而非天资。以积极心态视“弱”，“弱”亦可成强。

万物都在对立转化中，强弱亦是如此。无论是身体上的还是思维能力上的，后天的发展都对强弱转换有着至关重要的影响。《伤仲永》中神童自幼强于文章，却滥用其强，终误读书之时，成为弱者；曾国藩少时弱于学习，却废寝忘食，终以勤奋填补聪慧之缺，成为强者。正如_所言：“生成强者不必自喜也，生而弱者不必自悲也。”生而强大给我们的不过是瞬间的优越，磨练所得的强才是我们永恒的财富。

人们常钦羡他人之强而悲叹自己之弱，其实不必如此。强弱并不是绝对概念，没有人在任何方面都是强者，也没有人是一个彻彻底底的弱者。人们常常以自己的弱处与他人的长处相较，比得灰心丧气，只感慨几句命运不会便就此作罢。孰不知，发觉自己在其他方面的长处，并将其发挥到极致，亦可弥补自己的弱处。感慨聪慧不及他人的人，忽略了踏实勤奋这一财富；感慨处事能力不及他人的人，忽略了善于总结积累这一财富；感慨进步速度不及他人的人，忽略了勇于自我反省之一财富。每个人都会长于某处，或是性格，或是能力，发掘已有的长处，能为我们弱处的提升提供巨大助力。

“或者天之诱我以至于强，未可知也。”诚哉斯言，不仅是强处，弱处亦可成为我们前进发展的推动力量。只有明确地认识到自己弱在何处，才能以积极进取的姿态直面它、改变它。强固然令人向往，可“要强”亦是人生旅途中不可或缺的财富。

反观当下，不少学生以聪明为荣，而似乎以努力为“耻”。不少优秀学生介绍学习经验时也刻意突显自己不需要上培训班，全靠自学，试图塑造一种“可望而不可即”的强者形象、天才形象。一味赞美天质之强的浮躁心态在社会中蔓延。我并不否认人有天质强弱之分，可与其宣传他人天质之强，倒不如多宣传他人由弱转强的方法与努力，在社会中形成求真务实的风气。

不必自卑于弱处，不必自矜于强处，以决心和毅力成为永恒的强者。

电影《狗十三》中主人公李玩，坎坷的家事和曲折的童年让她遍体鳞伤，但她没有放弃生活和支离破碎的家，终逆流成长。生活赐予你的伤，是为了让你获得抵御、疗愈伤口的力量。诚然，纵使你的起点落后于他人，别做怨天尤人的抱怨者，用自己的后天辛勤开垦出一条大道。

卡夫卡曾言：“受难是这个世界上的积极因子。”是的！我们要认“命”但绝不要屈命。

富二代是有的，天才也是有的。但嘴里衔着的那把金钥匙并非是你通关整场人生的钥匙，无可否认的是，那些背景显赫之人也许比他人多了解数块叩响成功之门的敲门砖，但如果自己碌碌终日，一事无成，也会亲手将自己的镶着金边的金名牌砸得粉碎。“富不过三代”因此得名。

贝多芬的生命尤如一支火红的玫瑰，任凭困境怎么摧残，他也没有倒下，而是静静地开放。

伴随着《命运交响曲》的响起，那激昂的旋律，我仿佛能看到一位充满了激情的音乐家，正在忘情地与千军万马战斗，没有人会想到，他的双耳早已失聪，生命给了他致命的打击，双耳失聪也没能磨灭他对音乐的执着，他用心灵之手，击响了命运中那沉重而苦涩的琴键，

如果说史铁生的生命宛如一支冬梅，贝多芬的生命尤如一支玫瑰，那李清照的生命就如同一支执着的水仙。而这支“水仙”，不愧是花中君子，即使在困境中也那样的从容不迫。

当我读起那“凄凄惨惨戚戚”的寂寞时，只见她，面容憔悴，已至中年的她，经历了落魄失所，丧夫之痛，辗转流离。最终终于看破，奋力地挣脱了困境的枷锁，平淡而坚定地整理出《金碌》，编写出《漱玉斋》。

而走出生命的困境，则需要巨大的勇气和信心，就如同花儿面对自己生命中的狂风暴雨，而选择毅然挺立，用弱小的躯体与风雨搏击。

走出困境还需要我们不怕失败。即使失败一百次，也会在一百零一次成功。英国的一位大将军威灵顿，因为七败而七战，所有有了后世的英勇盛名;我们的老前辈归有光，因为有了八次落第，才有了《项脊轩志》这么优秀的作品;越王勾践正因为不怕失败，卧薪尝胆，才有了“三千越甲可吞吴”的创举。

我们的人生路上，少有平淡，多有坎坷，在人生的旅途中，充满了艰辛，我们需要足够的信心，足够的毅力，才能够登上勇者的天梯，才能成就自己的人生。

所以，勇敢地面对困境吧，走出困境——做一个强者。

Secondly, eating hamburgers often will cause cancer. Most hamburgers are fried food. It is investigated that if we eat fried food often, then we will be easy to get cancer.

All in all, though hamburgers are popular around the world, they are classified into the circle of junk food because it will lead to fat and even cause cancer if our children eat too many. So, we shouldn’t take our children to eat hamburgers.

The autumn evening is especially beautiful. When the setting sun goes slowly down to the west, the sky over the mountains is covered with red rays of evening sunlight, which shines upon the blue sky and floating clouds, just as the maple leaves fall onto the sky.

It is getting cool at dusk. The wind blows, the moonlight shines on the ground,the frogs croak and insects chirp in the fields. Such a situation will make you forget all the unhappy things in the daytime.
