做兼职在大学生中很流行，这种行为是好是坏有人认为它给学生带来了很多好处，而另一方面也有人认为兼职工作不值得我这么做，每一个硬币都有两面性有几个原因可以一方面支持我的观点，做业余工作可以挣一些钱，结交更多的新朋友，获得一些工作经验，虽然放学后做兼职挣的钱很少，但是这一点钱可以减轻学生的家庭负担，或者让他们有足够的钱来花更多的钱来享受大学生活，在不同的地方做兼职可以接触到不同的人，这肯定会交到更多的新朋友。而且，学生可以从他们的兼职工作中获得一些工作经验，这对他们毕业后的职业生涯并没有好处；另一方面，兼职会占用学生的时间不利于形成团队精神每个人的精力都是有限的，如果学生让兼职来分享时间，他们的学习时间就会减少，这会影响他们的学习，如果学生有时间就出去做兼职，他们与同学交流的时间会越来越少，不利于学生形成团队精神。
