2月4号，乡举办春节篮球赛开始了，我们也以志愿者作为期中的一队，没参加的球员，有任务就是配合*工作，充当计时员、记分员，为球赛的圆满举办努力工作，经过3天的时间，篮球赛圆满的举办了!我们队以一赢一输的战绩无缘前三，很遗憾。但是我们却玩得开心，也履行了我们的义务。

此次活动中，我觉得还有一些令人不足：因为是第一届，我们对流程不是很熟悉，导致做起事情来没有流畅，对一些简单的事情搞得很复杂，缺少的是对整体的规划和部署，没有计划性的安排，通知事情没有时间表，导致很多通知都是临时性的。一些志愿者目的不明确，没有真正的把志愿者那种奉献表现出来，没有志愿者需要的忍耐和无私奉献，给工作带来一定的不便，阻碍工作的进程。同时志愿者的劳动力严重缺乏，特别是球赛期间，知道是春节期间，每个人都忙，所以在工作中很多志愿者没有到场工作。这是我从活动中觉察到的。

在此次的活动中，我体会到了：志愿者不仅在于助人，还能学到许多东西，因为接触到各种人，各种事，关键我们代表了当代大学生的形象。人生的意义不在于索取，而在于奉献。挺身而出，融会和渗透在人们的工作和生活中，深入基层，认识国情，了解社会，开阔视野，在实践中受教育，作贡献，尽自己微薄之力帮助更多需要帮助的人，是一件非常有意义的事，能够参加此次寒假志愿者活动，我感到非常高兴，同时能够为家乡服务感到很光荣。

此活动旨在推进城乡文化建设，提升文化的感召力。提高农民群众的综合素质，丰富农村人民群众的精神文化生活,为农民提供良好的生活和工作环境，协调群众文化发展，为农村创造和谐温馨的生活和文化氛围，帮助广大农民更快更好地投入到的生活当中去。

此项活动的开展，共参与文艺演出44场，编排文艺节目26个，进入12个乡镇36个村庄演出，服务人次达1万2千人次，节目形式多样、寓教于乐，文艺演出多在露天席地进行，老百姓看了觉得亲切、贴近，多数节目采用编演身边的人和事，反映良好，都说唱自己人演自己事比看电视剧、电影的大戏更有趣，同时自愿者也和百姓一起吃饭聊天，问长问短，使自愿者在活动中放下心情投身农村，走到百姓家炕头，觉得是一次生活体验，又是创作素材的收集大好机会。为营造“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的农村文化氛围贡献出了力量。

二、送出一本书、贡献一份热

投送整个链条的完整性和有效性。为农村的人民群众献上自己的一份爱心，送一本书，献一份热。

三、文化艺术传递

结合全县群众文化活动展示，通过开展教、传、授活动，辅导农村开展文化节目创作、编排，实现文化站、文化室、文化户联合资源的配置，给他们提供一个交流的*台，进一步培养农村人民群众搞文艺的基本水*，从身边的人和事写起，结合生产生活的普遍性，把生活搬上舞台、融进文艺当中，针对性开展创作指导活动6次，辅导农村业余文艺创作人员65人，开展文艺节目编排辅导9次，辅导120人次，编排节目9个，主要集中于农民喜欢的戏曲联唱、潞安鼓书、秧歌等题材，节目短小精干深受广大群众喜欢。

四、志愿者互联成果斐然

文化志愿者根据业务特点分成四个组，在实际服务当中，各组通过协调员相互配合完成工作任务，对于热点问题通过召开讨论会解决，科技下乡工作组通过编排快板、数来宝等节目开展宣传活动，既可以将科技知识传授又能增强老百姓学知识的兴趣，便于理解便于掌握，图书服务组可以通过科技专业人员开展农村科技讲座活动，编印宣传资料发放，从书本到讲授再到田间的服务模式，这种三合一的服务模式可以使农民拿得到、学得快、好实践，带动一个地方带动一批人，把文化志愿者下乡活动开展的有实效、有成就、有根基。
