laid-off workers, typically regarded as the victims of economic advancement, are subject to desperation that being unmeployed has brought on them. But, encouragingly, we have witnessed some of them striving hard to rebuild confidence toward life and discover new opportunities for demonstrating their values.

Although we cannot choose our appearance, inborn gifts and even avoid unexpected disasters and adversities, we do have the privilege to choose to live optimistcally,to love our lives, to have dreams, and to cherish hopes.

Every morning when we get up, we have a choice of how we want to approach life that day. As for me, I choose to be cheerful.

一、调查目的

我国著名语言学家王力曾经说过：“学外语没有什么秘诀，就是给予足够的时间，坚持下去。多听、多说、多读、多写，多查字典。”给英语学习者指明了前进的方向，大学英语阅读理解作为一种衡量大学生英语阅读能力的有效题型和手段，大学生一定要准确把握其解题技巧，通过阅读能力的提升，促进英语水平的提高。英语阅读水平的高低是衡量英语学习者语言综合水平的重要体现，是大学生学习英语的手段和目的，是英语学习者其他语言能力发展的基础。英语学习者通过英语阅读培养了阅读能力，并以阅读能力为基础去发展其他各种语言能力，如写、听、说、译的能力。随着阅读能力的不断提高，语言知识的不断增加，英语学习者的阅读量也会不断增加，最终达到运用获得的信息进行交流的目的。就短期目标而言，良好的阅读技能有助于学生顺利通过大学英语四、六级考试，而就长期目标而言，较强的阅读能力可以让学生及时获取所需资料及信息，甚至有利于学生未来事业的发展。因此，大学生应该始终注重对阅读能力的培养。但是当前大学生英语阅读中仍然存在着一些问题，为此我们特地组织了这次的调查。

二、调查过程

本次调查采用问卷调查，现场测试和统计报表三种形式。以下就是我们调查的一些数据。

在学期初的第一堂课上， 在没有任何引导的情况下，老师让我们班34 名学生按照我们原有的速度和习惯进行阅读， 通过仔细观察， 结果发现学生在阅读中存在以下问题。

(1)有3～4 名同学用直尺比着逐行阅读。

(2)有5～6 名同学拿笔指着逐字阅读。

(3)有4～5 名同学边阅读嘴唇在不自觉地动。

(4)有些同学在不停地回读。

(5)有4～5 名同学遇到生词直接去查电子词典。

(6)只有1～2 名同学在课本上边读边做一些标记。

(7)有很多同学读过之后，对每个词的意思都基本了解，但对全句意思并不是很清楚。

经过分析并且与老师探讨， 我们把这些问题归为三类:

关于阅读习惯方面的问题(问题1、2、3);

阅读技巧方面的问题(问题4、5);

阅读理解方面的问题(问题6、7)。

那么为什么会存在这样的问题呢？

三、调查分析

首先，我们从阅读理解方面存在的问题开始分析，主要有以下原因。

1、语言基础知识掌握不牢固 。词汇量不足是影响阅读水平的主要原因，英语词汇量的大小直接影响读者对文章的理解。中学生进入大学学习时虽有了一定的词汇基础，但多数学生词汇量不足，还没有达到熟练运用词汇的程度。因此，在阅读过程中，不得不停止连贯的阅读活动，将注意力放在对某个单词的猜测上，导致整个阅读速度的减慢，从而影响了对整篇文章的理解。语法知识虽然已在中学阶段系统地学习过，大学阶段主要是对语法的灵活运用，但是不少学生对语法的基本概念模糊不清，在阅读中遇到长句或难句时，理不清句子中各层次间的语法关系，以至造成理解上的偏差。

2、知识面和文化背景知识的障碍 。在英语阅读过程中，语言知识固然是进行阅读的基础，但国与国之间的文化差异往往会对读者形成文化干扰，造成阅读短路(指没有获得有意义的阅读)。学生不了解文中涉及的背景知识，只好从字面上理解。英语文章中不仅涉及大量的英语国家的文化、历史、习俗、政治、经济、名胜等各种背景知识，还涉及到科学技术的专业知识，如果阅读时不具备这些知识，必然会影响到对句子段落的理解，并出现误解。

3、语感差。要提高阅读能力， 最终得依靠泛读， 大量的泛读可以增强语感。语感在阅读理解中非常重要， 良好的语感会加深对语言的理解， 就会读得快、读得多， 反过来再次增强语感， 这样周而复始的良性循环会很快提高阅读能力， 就会自如地应对考试中的阅读理解。如果阅读量小， 就会语感差， 影响对文章的理解。

4、缺乏大量阅读 。只靠课堂学习，没有课外大量泛读的配合，提高阅读能力亦是一句空话。课堂阅读教学不能代替阅读本身。阅读能力的提高只有通过大量的阅读实践才能实现。但遗憾的是有相当一部分学生不重视泛读，总以专业课繁忙为由不愿多花时间读或根本就不读，错误地认为只要背会精读课本上单词，会做练习就足够了。其结果是课外阅读量越少，对语言的基本形式，诸如语汇、语法和句型就越陌生，读得也越慢，理解也越差。

接着是阅读习惯方面存在问题的原因。

在阅读中视线跟随指头或笔头的移动而移动，或者头脑中一直读出并听到每个词的发音，回视前文，重复阅读。这种方式是指在阅读的过程中遇到某些生词或对一段文字意义不明确时，反复阅读已经读过的部分。这样会分散注意力，不利于读者抓住文章的要旨或主题，减少读者的阅读兴趣；遇到生词就查字典。该习惯会使学生丧失独立思考和解决问题能力的自我训练。

其次是从阅读技巧方面存在的问题分析原因。

These were some of the chart-toppers announced on the radio while I was at the barbershop a year ago. Quite depressing, huh.

I asked my brother, Joe, why songs that display such unhappiness reach the charts. Joe is an established businessman who is always confident with his viewpoints. He reacted quickly and questioned me in a matter-of-fact tone, “can’t you relate to the song?” He then confidently pointed to the Buddhists’ explanation of happiness, explaining to me that happiness is never a constant state, but rather only a temporary escape from suffering. While I respect the Buddhist explanation, I couldn’t help but ask: so what is keeping you from experiencing happiness? Joe lost his assertiveness when I mentioned this and he replied, “While I gain acceptance from my peers and family, I feel like I’m a nobody. These songs act as a route for me to escape. I don’t see happiness as attainable in my life.”

While Joe transformed from a confident speaker to a soft-spoken melancholic within a matter of a minute, my barber offered him a sympathetic smile. He spoke up. “I was exactly like you - once upon a time, I deceived myself into thinking I was happy. I followed the majority’s norms of a stable job in brokerage and felt I gained society’s acceptance. I was loved! But deep down, I loved songs like these because I felt so useless. I felt that whatever I did made no difference in the world. I found an escape from this mainstream music as a means of explaining myself. Then the next day, I’d put on my suit and be a nobody again.

Then I asked, but how about now? “Now?” The barber said, smiling. “Now, I don’t think this music deserves its place on the charts.” He flipped over to his playlist and played us a song - “Mayfly” by Cheer Chen.

The lyrics goes “Everyday when we open our eyes, we are all mayflies. Living a simple life, chasing a dream vigorously, searching for nothing but happiness.”

“I think this music deserves a place on the charts. I wish people could search for happiness by only looking forward, and be brave enough neglect harsh criticisms and mockeries along the way - just like a mayfly. A mayfly only sees what is ahead of it - why else would their lives be so simple otherwise? I became a barber because I wanted to attain happiness - sure, I experienced disapproval from peers and such, but I did not want to become “a firefly without light”. I find happiness when I mix with trendy young people that are eager to make their customers look better - sure, some may not understand why this brings me happiness, but does it matter?”

My brother Joe and I had a long conversation that evening. We debated vigorously on our different values of happiness - while the conversation with the barber relit my childhood dream of being a conductor, Joe still questions whether stable happiness can achieved even if his dreams are fulfilled. But ultimately, we agreed that one should not let others decide your own standard of happiness. Don’t deceive yourself into sadness and despair; pick yourself up and find your own definition of happiness. Thank you.

这样的课充分地发挥了学生的学习自主性，极大地调动了他们的学习兴趣。从课堂的实际情况来看，学生们都比较喜欢这样的上课方式，虽然课程中也有一些操练，但这些都是在适当的时机对知识点的进一步巩固。

其次，在实习班主任工作方面。按照实习计划，每个实习生至少要体验为期一个星期的班主任工作。为了能够有更多的机会与学生们接触，我将七天的班主任工作分散到每个星期，平均每周做两至三天的班主任工作。我所在的实习班级是初一年级(1)班，共有六十一人。刚开始面对这个班的时候，心里慌慌的，生怕这些学生不听自己的话。

一、实习过程

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。

说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务的通选课竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

实习的另一个关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。以前老听哥哥姐姐们念叨还是在学校好，当时还特幼稚的想，学校有老师管着有什么好的啊！现在才看请其实到那里都有人管。在学校可以没心没肺的开玩笑，但走上工作岗位之后，说话做事都要谨慎，要有技巧。像我这样毫无社会经验的黄毛丫头，说话做事毫无技术含量，所以最好还是少说多做。

通过两星期的实习，我对复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作都基本熟练。在领到实习工资的那一刹那，我真的有种激动和不安的感觉。那是自己辛辛苦苦工作换来的。多少天的困难和疲惫总算有收获。但更重要的是，我拥有了一笔丰富的经验财富，

二、实习感悟

除了第一次工作人人都会有的工作难做社会难处的感悟 之外，我最大的感悟就是真诚所至，金石为开。不管多难做，做好自己的那一份，总有一天会有收获，只是时间的问题。但如果你不去做，这一天永远不会像天上掉馅饼那样到来。

还有我更清楚的看清了自己的不足，除去能力上的不足，我更想说的是心理的不足，这大概是大学生的通病，眼高手低。虽然我所做的不过是一份打杂的工作，更像是文秘助理，但如果我不做，在我后面有很多人等着接替我的职位。职位带给你的面子，工资带给你的生活质量都不能是你择业的首要根据。一个人对工作的态度决定了一个人能否找到工作，并且也决定了一个人能否做好工作。如果一个人眼光总是太高，可能永远也无法找到一份令自己满意的工作；相反地，如果一个人能够从自身实际出发，善于把握眼前的工作机会，并愿意为之付出，那么最后一定会取得工作上的成功。

再有就是关于人际关系方面的感悟。虽说在工作中能力必须有，但如果没有同事的合作与包容，你可能什么都做不了。以前可能是因为电视剧看的太多的原因，我总是感觉职场上充满了明争暗斗，要处事圆滑甚至耍些小聪明才能生存。但在与同事相处的过程中，我觉得更重要的是放大别人的优点，缩小别人的缺点。多站在别人的立场上想问题。电视剧中的情节都过于戏剧话了。另一方面，以前我总是觉得只要忍就可以解决一切问题。通过这两个星期的实习，我觉得硬生生的通过忍去让步不如通过考虑别人的

感受作出让步来的人性化。俗话说。路遥知马力，日久见人心。扪心自问，打动我们的往往是真诚的人。

回想这两星期的经历，从一言不发到基本适应职场生活。让我更坚信老师说的那句，人的适应能力是无穷的。刚到办公室的时候除了打字什么也不会，甚至想过放弃。但想到就这么灰溜溜的回去太没面子，而且还要实习报告，这无形见就给我了不少压力。虽然这些考虑都看起来很被动但却让我一次次的打消了放弃的念头。通过观察同事们的工作方法，请教同事，我从有事做漫漫的也忙了起来。忙到我开始忘记刚开始想放弃的原因。这让我想起一句广告词，一切皆有可能！

其实，这次实习也不都是正面积极的让我感受到人家大爱的经历。以前总是听父母唠叨工作时经常会受上司的“气”，虽然我只实习了短短两个星期，我深刻的体会到这“气”还真不好受。自己心里很不舒服的时候，就干脆想辞职得了。但静下心来仔细想想，以后总要工作的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么？刚开始。就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，以后干什么都会干不好的。

总之，通过这些感悟，我要更加学会珍惜。要珍惜在学校生活的每一天无忧无虑的生活，要珍惜父母的每一分辛苦赚来的钱。工作以后更要珍惜每一次的工作机会，因为实习使我懂得了它们的重要性，以后我会更加珍惜。

三、实习总结

通过这次实习，不仅收获了工作和为人处事方面的经验，对本不是自己专业的文秘工作也有了初步的了解。也看到了自己需要提高的地方，在以后的学习中既要重视对知识的掌握，更重要的是通过每一次珍贵的实习机会，将理论和实际结合起来，为将来更好的适应社会打下基础。针对以上总结，在今后的学习和生活中我要做到以下五点：

我的实践内容是教培训班的小学生初一英语课程。

虽然我是英语专业的学生，但毕竟没有过教学经验。因此，7月3日，我到“xx”的第二天就开始接受相关培训。邓校长真是个认真负责的人，她为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——王老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅!

经过了一段时间的备课听课和试讲，我终于走上了讲台，开始教课啦!

我角的这本教材的特点是单词量大。所以在教课的过程中，我遇到的第一个困难是如何让孩子们对枯燥的英语单词产生兴趣。关于这点，我在培训时准备的游戏帮了我不少忙。我发现学生最喜欢的游戏要数simon says 和snowman.因为这两个游戏学生可以全班参与，有赏有罚，十分热闹。这也是学校里其他老师使用得最多的游戏。

不过，为了使我的课堂有自己的特色，我也想出了几个其它调动学习单词的兴趣提高学习效率的方法。其中最有效的是领读单词这招。每个人都有上进心，都不想被别人比下去，这一点在孩子们身上体现得最明显。我正是利用了这点，在教单词时，给孩子们充足的时间自己练习读熟它们，并让以不同的形式他们轮流领读，读得标准的同学还可以获得当小老师的机会去较其他人，实力相对弱的同学不仅要接受惩罚，还要成为“别人”的学生，这样学生为了可以当小老师，为了得到大家的掌声，一节课下来，几乎每个同学都可以把单词读熟读好。

一个问题解决了，第二个问题马上出现了。经过几次考试，孩子们贪玩的本性实在令我头痛。全班十二名学生，回家能认认真真背单词的人不超过五个，怎么办?在得到几位老师的意见后，结合我班的情况，我终于想出了几个办法!

我遇到的第三个问题就是如何和家长沟通。和家长沟通的内容有两个方面：一是学生的安全，二是学生的学习。家长和老师最担心的事不是孩子的学习成绩上不来，而是孩子的安全得不到保障。所以我们一旦发现有孩子没有按时来上课，就会立即通知家长，了解情况。在课间也会有专门的老师保障他们的安全。而当孩子学习上出现问题或取得进步时，我们做老师的也要及时和家长取得联系，让他们能够及时掌握孩子的情况。每次和家长交流前我都要仔仔细细地想一遍一会儿和他们说什么如何说，尽量做到落落大方，表现得成熟些，免得让家长对自己对学校不放心。

近一个月的实践经历告诉我，要想把课讲好，在课前必须做好充分的准备。熟记每个知识点，熟悉每篇课文，校准每个单词的发音，精心安排课堂的每个环节...... 不过，要想使学生从心底里喜欢上你的课，喜欢上你这个老师，我们要做的就不只这些啦。所以我一有时间就和他们聊天，做游戏，了解他们的性格喜好在学校的学习成绩甚至是家庭状况，和他们建立宝贵的友谊。看到我的学生真的把我当成了自己的朋友，有什么好吃的会拿来和我分享，有好玩的游戏会叫上我一起玩儿，甚至会把喜欢的玩具送给我，我觉得自己成了世界上最幸福的人!

教师是个力气活，劳力，劳脑，又劳心。教师也是良心活，教得好坏多少，得用心中的那杆秤来衡量。当教师还得讲策略，要想教好学生，要想学生信服自己，必须和他们交友，不断琢磨学生的心理，才能做到。

有过同样经历的几位同学曾告诉我，她们当了十几天的教师就开始厌倦这份工作了。可是，我觉得我的教师瘾还没过够呢!虽然在这个过程中我累过烦过也抱怨过，甚至有几次我做梦梦到的都是那帮让人省不了心的孩子。可我觉得为他们付出值! 每当站在讲台上,被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时,作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。

我真心地感谢学校给了我这次实践的机会。在这个过程中，我得到了很多，也进步了很多。能够将自己在学校所学的知识运用到实践是我最大的收获!当然，在教学过程中我还有好多地方做的不够好，多希望以后还会有这样的机会，让我弥补一下心中的遗憾。

由于班上课程的进度，我选择了上第二单元this is my sister的第一课时。在准备这堂课的时候，我想了很多，既想练口语，又想做练习。最后决定了主要侧重于口语练习，主要定位是口语练习，其实把一个点做好就足够了。这一章节主要是讲介绍自己的家人。新课堂要落实课改，也为了让课堂内容丰富有趣，我找了大量的视频资料，后来用到了中央电视台的公益广告《爸爸妈妈我爱你》，引出my family这个主题，并且教育学生要爱自己的家庭，爱身边的每一个人，爱要大声说出来，我们全班一起说father and mother i love you 。接下来是学习单词。对于老师来说每个单词都很简单，我们常常会认为自己教了学生就一定会，其实不然。新的东西对于学生来说都是陌生哦，我要寻找适合学生的方法去教学。在单词教学部分，我用了留声机读音法和我指你来说这两个小游戏，让学生在游戏中记忆单词，效果比常规的跟着老师读效果要好很多。我认为课改最大的不同就是变学生被动学习为主动学习，让学生自己寻找问题并且解决问题。在这节公开课中，给了学生很多时间相互讨论和自主学习。同学们学习的积极性特别高。不过存在的一个问题就是有的同学不敢举手问老师问题就不懂装懂。

本次公开课重点是让学生开口说英语，在让学生练习对话之前，我先用自己家人和朋友的照片做了示范，可能是学生天生对老师的生活好奇，我介绍爸爸妈妈和自己朋友的时候，同学们听得特别认真，也记住了我讲的句子，这一点我非常欣慰，这也说明了让学生快乐的学习，找到真确的方法，学生就能学的很快很好。我讲完了以后，让同学们小组成员之间自己创作对话，每一个小组都积极参与，相互介绍家人，同学们在对话的过程中更加了解同学，同时也加深了对句子的掌握，在快乐中学习英语。联系了十分钟之后我让同学们举手，到讲台上了说。举手的同学没有平时上课的人数那么多，课后我问同学们为什么不举手，同学们说听课的老师太多了，我们不敢举手，有点害怕。从这一点我看出学生们缺少自我展示我机会，畏惧在众人面前说话，想去展示自己，却又不敢承担没说好的风险。同学们上过很多公开了，他们固定思维认为公开课一定要好好表现，课前就让学生准备。其实我不这样看，我认识学生们最真实的状态是最好的。有这么多经验丰富的老师的领导来听课，只有让学生表现出真实的学习状态和掌握能力，来听课的老师才能找到讲课者存在的问题，才能知道老师这样讲学生到底能接受多少，课堂效果怎么样。所以在课前我只精心的准备了课件，准备好了自己的着装。我就是想把最真实的状态展示出来，让老师们听了我的公开课之后能给我提出宝贵的意见。评课的时候，老师们说我的课堂体现了课改精神、发挥了学生的能动性，对我的公开课非常满意也给予了高度的评价。我非常的开心，在这里学到的东西都是我一生的财富。以后的每一堂课都要向上公开课这样去准备，用心上好每一堂课，让我的学生因我而骄傲，也让我在几年后能为他们感到自豪。

there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china. on the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc. on the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china. overwhelmed by such a trend,chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.

with the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important. we are indeed from different nations, but we are the citizens of the same world, so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no. what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture. only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture. only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us.

或许是随着几天的学习，有的员工感觉越来越难，他们居然不来上课。经理知道后很生气，给他们了个下马威，如果学习完一个月后考试不通过,为,的就辞退，考得好的有奖励。后来再也没有这种情况出现了。大家都很配合上课，也很用功，在没有事忙的时候，楼层工作间里都会有他们读英语的声音，我也感到很高兴，刚开始大家不熟悉的时候没什么话，但是经过几天的相处，彼此都认识了，我和他们也靠近了很多，他们有不懂的都主动问，而我也是一遍一遍的耐心教，还给一些因休假而没有上课的员工补课。虽然让他们直呼我的名字，但他们还是叫我“梁老师”，面对这个有点为时过早的称呼，心里终究有点接受不了，也体会到这个神圣的职业背后的酸甜苦辣，做一个老师真的不容易。

但是有一个员工的态度很顽固，她说很讨厌英语，看到就头疼，不想学，所以没有和我们一起学习。她已经知道经理的规定，但是还是对抗学习，我用尽办法想说服她，但还是无济于事。

员工们进入状态后，学起来也很快了。时间也很快就差不多过了一个月，后面的五天我没有上新的内容，而是和他们一起复习所有学过的内容，之前的学习我都是在课堂上让他们强化记忆，现在复习起来也不是很吃力，他们倒希望可以提前考。

终于到了考试的时间，学的都是口语，所以考试形式就是让他们和自己的搭档进行情境对话。然后我再问几个句子，让他们翻译过来。他们表现得很好，有一个员工还考出了98分。

当我夸他们都学的非常.本文.由;为好的时候，他们都说是老师教得好。能得到他们的认可，我觉得十分的高兴，还没来的时候我还担心教不好，毕竟也没有过这全用上了。有时还帮办公室的会计整理账单，一个月下来，不仅尝试了教学，还体本文来自验了一点办公室的工作。也让我体会到全面发展能力的重要性，虽然自己所学的专业是师范专业，但其他知识的学习也很重要，学好了在出来后都有可能用到。不知道自己以后会不会从事教师这个职业，现在是给他们上了一个月的课，但其实也是给自己上了一堂课，以前觉得自己的性格不适合做老师，但是现在也不是自己想象的那样完全没有能力胜任。以后的路还不能确定如何走，但现在可以确定的是先学好知识搜集整理，为以后自己的人生铺路。
