三、改进学习方法，提高学习效率

作为开放教育试点班的学习，学习方式不能在像过去在学校那样，应该强调学习的自主性，应该符合成人学习的特点。成人学员记忆力下降，但理解能力增强，因此学习应该讲求效率，不能死记硬背，应该改进学习方式，使学习取得实效，她就是这样来改进学习方式的。

2、积极参加小组交流。小组合作学习是电大开放式教育所倡导的一个重要学习方式。同学们就自由组合成几个小组，一有时间就经常在一块进行交流，谈谈学习心得，互相解答疑难问题，收获颇大。

3、积极与老师交流。成人的学习不能像小学生一样老师讲什么，我们就机械地做什么，学习应该是师生互动的过程。她对老师的授课不仅做到认真听讲，做好笔记和作业，还经常和老师谈心，使老师及时了解她的学习进展情况。如果，老师的讲课有问题，她能够在充分尊重老师的情况下，向老师反映，使教师的“教”和学生的“学”结合得更为紧密。

四、积极运用所学，解决实际问题

学习的目的就是为了应用，能够学以致用的知识才是活的知识。她所学习的计算机专业与现在的工作联系得非常紧密。她在单位主要是从事计算机的操作工作，需要懂得计算机的理论基础及实际操作，这样才能更好地从事工作。她通过学习《计算机原理》、《多媒体技术》、《系统结构》等课程，使其自身的基础知识和理论水平得到大幅提高。她能在平时的工作中积极运
