作为一个学生，我深深地明白，在几十分钟的一节课上，想要始终全神贯注的听讲而不走一点神是尤其难于做到的。因而，上课时，老师应该适时地给学生一点精神上的动力，具体的作法可以是讲个与课授内容有连系的故事、小笑话等，还可以用游戏和探讨等方式把已分心的学生重新引回来。

还有老师对学生的不足和犯的错误要能够以宽容和原谅的心对待，要尊重他们的感受，理解他们的难处，这样才能造就一个和谐的师生关系。及时了解学生的心理状态和学习水平这也很重要，这样能够帮助老师及时调整教学方案，展开恰当的辅导措施。

实践过程

转眼间，一个炎热的假期就要过去了。蓦然回首，不能不感慨光阴似箭般穿梭中的那份无奈。当准备收拾心情，重整出发时，发现原来匆匆的及假期里多了一份沉甸甸的充实……

最熟悉的陌生称谓，经过了将近一个月的实践生涯，现在的我对于“老师”这个称谓不再陌生了，当别人称呼我“老师”时，已没有昔日的逃避与羞涩……虽然我的工作只是沾了“教师”的丁点边，可我分明感到这两个字带给我的豪迈感。我，不枉此行!

日子一天一天过去了，就在我快绝望的时候，奇迹出现了。在我家厨房望下去，便是东门桥，桥上过了一条横幅：英语培训中心暑假招生，我眼前一亮，赶紧与他们联系，听说他们需要老师，我急忙准备简历去面试。那晚的面试让我刻苦铭心，颇有体会。首先是自我介绍，用英语与考官交流相关教学问题，接着做阅读题(那题是给初二学生做的，但对与我来说已经很难了，词汇量特别多)，通过后，考官给我一本初三课本，三分钟准备后试教，之后喜校长再俩面试一回，让我才艺表演，唱歌，画动物，“一波未平，一波又起”，毫无准备的我折腾得几乎“魂飞魄散”，自己感觉压力很大，但我很庆幸在校有学过简笔画与粉笔字，这些对于一个教师都是至关重要的。经过重重考核，我更加深刻的了解到自己存在的不足，校长也指出我的弱点。但他知道我们学校在培养教师方面很出色，是个很不错的学校(这让我不油然增加对母校的自豪感)，所以校长破例允许我在这里试教、听课，向其他老师学习，但无报酬!一段时间再来考核，若通过，即可教学生拿工资。虽然没有报酬，但我很高兴，因为这是一个难得让我实践与学习的机会，赚钱不是最主要的，作为学生，能赚多少钱，等你毕业后有的是赚钱的机会。“机不可失，时不再来”，我爽快地答应了。那晚我妈妈陪我面试到11：00多才回家!

南通是个绣品城，而我所处之地是绣品城中的一幅绣品，密密麻麻的人以此为生，电脑绣花用的是编程，但我不会。况且也不需要暑期打零工的。整理东西,每天在劳累中度过。学不到一点知识。学的最多的可能是对人生的一份坦然,不得以我放弃了这份工作。每天感叹生活的单调与乏味,却不想依靠父母的帮助。哀叹啊,哀叹。

塑料是一个新兴行业,发展时间还不长。但目前随着塑料制品的日益增多,“白色污染”也越来越严重。而21世纪又是一个环保世纪,为了保护我们的家园,全世界都对塑料行业提出了一个严峻的问题,就是生产出来的塑料产品尽量是环保的,可降解的。连我们厂也都要这样。现在中国的普通老百姓还在追求价的廉宜和结实度,而国外却都已向环保靠拢了。你看那个塑料厂已被国外退回了好多产品,就是因为产品的质量不合格,无环保性能,不可降解。

降解塑料与同类的普通塑料具有相当或相近的应用性能和卫生性能,在完成其使用功能后,能在自然环境条件下较快地降解。成为易广泛被吸收的碎末。并随着时间的推移进一步降解成为CO2和水。但从

总体而言,当前降解塑料还处于技术阶段,有待于进一步深化研究,工艺进一步完善。并致力于提高性能,降解成本,拓宽用途和逐步推向市场化进程中。

目前,已初步明确,聚乙烯是可生物降解的。且在聚乙烯中加入改良性淀粉后可提高其生物降解性。其基本的降解机理是可降解的。塑料制品中所含的淀粉在短期内被土壤中的微生物分泌的酶迅速降解而生成空洞,导致制品的力学性能下降。并伴随着空洞的形成,表面积扩大,从而增大与土壤的接触面;同时配方中还添加了氧化剂和土壤的金属盐。反应生成过氢氧化物。这些将导致聚乙烯链的断裂而降解成为易被微生物吞噬的低分子化合物。最终回到生物圈,进入自然循环。

我惊讶极了,一个小小的师傅竟然懂的那么多,中国加入了WTO,不止企业的管理人员,连师傅也加入了经济发展的行业中,步伐真快啊。

我实践的那家单位虽小,但却为我们的社会创造了不少的财富,若不论财富,那它毕竟为我们提供了若干个岗位,一个企业“以人为本”，人人都把其当作是自己的一部分，那企业的魅力是怎样的大啊。

暑期的实践生活虽然不长,只有那仅仅的两周,但却为我的人生刻下了一段铭心的经历。我不知道别人是如何看待这次的实践生活,但对我来说却是意义非凡的。使我在享受生活的同时也品尝到了生活的艰

辛。想要经营一个企业不是容易的,靠蛮劲和热血是无法解决的,谁能保证这些有效期有多长。

我感谢我的实践生活,它考验了我,激励了我,使我由贪玩变得好学,由懒惰变得勤快，由茫然变得自信,由幼稚变得成熟……
