文书字体

法院名称，应当用2号宋体字;文书名称，应当用1号大标宋体字;案号、正文、落款应当用3号仿宋GB-2312字体。

印制标准

文书用纸：应用国际标准A4纸型(297毫米×210毫米)，70克书写纸单面油印或70克复印纸双面印刷。

文书版式：裁判文书的各要素划分为眉首、主体和落款三部分。

眉首：法院名称，统一冠以所属省市名称，即为“××省××市××区人民法院”，位于版心内第二行(以三号字行计，下同)居中对齐;法院名称下一行为文书名称，居中对齐;文书名称下隔一行或在WORD格式下设为自动段间距为案号，右对齐。

主体：案号下隔一行或在WORD格式下设为自动段间距为正文即主体，每行28字，每页22行。

商务英语书信有自己独特的格式与结构。虽然现在的人们喜欢标新立异，喜欢以一种更随意、更友好的方式进行交往，但是，为了避免寄信方和收信方之间由于格式、结构的不统一而引起的混乱，以及由此而带来的查找不便、使双方花费不必要的时间，所以，最安全、最有效的方法就是遵循国际上常用的、约定俗成的格式与结构。一旦选定一种格式与结构，最好是坚持使用，不能想改就改，想换就换，否则就会给对方一种不稳定、不踏实的感觉，会引起一些意想不到的麻烦，有可能最后导致交易的失败。

一般来说，现在使用的商务英语书信的格式主要有两种：传统的缩头式（the form） 和现代的齐头式（the modern blocked form） 。

根据英国传统做法，缩头式要在信文每一段缩进五或六个字母的空间，有时可能会缩进更多。现在，齐头式在商务英语书信中使用得非常普遍。它的突出特点就是所有信的内容都从信纸的左边开始，段落与段落之间要比缩头式多空出两到三行，以便于区分。这种格式被称作齐头式（the fullblocked form） 。但是，有时把日期放在信纸的左边会给查找带来不便，所以，人们使用了一种改良的齐头式（the modifiedblocked form） ，即把日期放在右边，而把其他内容放在左边。

在英文书信中要使用敬语，最普遍的敬语是Mr., Mrs.和Miss(用于未婚女性)。

英国人常在男性的姓名之后用Esq. (Esquire的缩写)，不过在商业上也在慢慢地改用Mr. Mmes. (Madam的复数形式)，用于二个女士以上。Messrs(Mr.的复数形式)用于二个以上的男人，或用于二个以上的男人组成的公司或团体。在英国式英文信里，Mr., Mrs., Messrs，均不加缩写句点，相反地趋向于进步自由的美语反而加缩写句点如Mr., Mrs., Messrs……在称呼方面，商业上最普遍的有Gentlemen(美国式)与Dear Sirs(英国式)二种，相当于我国的'敬启者'或'谨启者'.如果信是写给革个公司单位的，不是写给某个具体人的，美语用Gentlemen(复数形式)，英语用Dear Sirs.如果对方公司只一人时，必须使用Sir/Dear Sir.称呼后一般要使用标点符号，英国式采用逗号(com#ma)，美国式用分号(colon)。书

信结尾客套语(com#plimentary close)有多种，相当于我国书信在结尾时使用的'敬礼'、'致敬'、'顺安'等句。最为典型的美国式写法是Sincerely和Best regards，典型的英国式表达有Yours sincerely(熟人或知道对方姓名)，Best wishes, kind regards 和yours faithfully(不知姓名)。此外，英国式的客套语还有特别礼貌的格式，但除了特殊情况外，现在不再使用。

(一) 英文书信的组成部分

英文书信一般由六部分组成。即：信头(Heading)、信内地址(Inside Address)，

称呼(Salutation)，正文(Body of Letter)、结束语(Complimentary Close)、署名(Signature)，

有时在书信后面还有附言(Postscript)、附件(Enclosure)，这得视具体情况而定。下面将分别说明。

1. 信头(Heading)

信头是指写信人的地址和写信日期， 一般写在或打在第一面信纸的右上角，先写地址再写日期，地址的写法是从小到大，先写门牌号、路号，再写区名、市名、省名，最后写国名。时间的写法对英国人和美国人而言是不同的。英国人习惯按日、月、年的顺序写，

而美国人习惯按月、日、年的顺序写。例如：

英式：1st October，1999

美式：October 1，1999

在使用前一种形式时，月和年之间的逗号可用可不用，但是在后一种形式中，必需要使用逗号。

信头的写法有缩进式和齐头式。缩进式每行开头向右缩进一两个字母;齐头式左边对齐排列，如下所示：

商务书信一般包括全齐头式,齐头式，半齐头式(又叫缩进式)，方齐头式和简化式。

1. 全齐头式(Full-blocked)：这种格式的信函各部分内容都从左边空白处写起，用起来方便省事，是现今常用的格式之一。

2. 齐头式(Blocked)：这种格式与全齐头式相似，只是有些内容不是从空白处写起。结尾敬辞、信末签名、写信人姓名和职衔都从中间写起。日期可以从中间起行，也可以靠右对齐。

3. 半齐头式(semi-blocked)：这种格式与齐头式雷同。不同的是，半齐头式的每个段落缩进五或十个英文字母;结尾敬辞、信末签名、写信人姓名和职衔从中间写起。

4. 方齐头式(square-blocked)：这种格式也类似于全齐头式。不同的是，它的日期靠右对齐，和收信人地址在同一行。这种格式平整见方，外观漂亮。

5. 简化式(simplified)：简化时式和全齐头式相比，有几个主要的区别：首先，简化式没有称呼和结尾敬语，收信人姓名必须在信文内的某个地方出现。其次，事由和写信人姓名必须大写。最后，列表要缩进五个英文字母空位，如果加有序号就不必缩进。

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting - a day that I shall never forget.
