“由于这个黑社会性质组织成立的‘第一桶金’是非法所得的，那么他通过非法所得产生的财产也是属于非法的。”严树勋介绍，警方将该组织产生、形成、发展构成一条完整的证据链后，明确了后续的侦查方向。

与此同时，为了收集该团伙更多犯罪证据，严树勋带领专案组成员赴昌江开展外围侦查。由于该组织常年横行霸道，给昌江地区商户留下了挥之不去的阴影。每当提起组织成员名字，昌江当地的商户均神情恐慌，避而不谈。

“你们去把人抓起来，我再告诉你们。”一谈及黄鸿发黑社会犯罪团伙，当地商户无一不这么说。

经过两个多月的努力，专案组在基本查清黄鸿发涉黑组织层级架构、人员组成和部分违法犯罪事实的基础上，梳理出164名嫌疑人。

严以律己，宽以待人

在办理“黄鸿发案”一年多的时间里，由于案件的侦办有法定期限，严树勋一刻也不敢放松。白天前往看守所审讯、调查取证，晚上回办公室开会。每天两点一线，看似单调乏味，但这就是严树勋的工作状态。

“那会儿哪有什么时间睡觉，顶多就在车里眯一小会儿。”谈到自己当时的生活状态，严树勋笑着说道。

“不睡觉。”这是与他在同一专案组的民警王旭对严树勋的印象。“他这人对待工作干劲十足。办公室的灯，在我们来之前是亮着的，在我们走后也是亮着的。”

在同事们眼中，严树勋对自己的要求近乎苛刻。但对于专案组里其他成员的身体健康、家庭情况，他却十分上心。

由于长时间的高强度工作，年仅30来岁的民警小曹在一次凌晨1点给严树勋电话汇报完工作后，突然心肌痉挛，昏迷了过去。当听到有民警生病累倒在工作岗位上，严树勋既着急又心疼，第一时间组织人员到医院探望慰问小曹。

蔡金贞认为，这些年，人体器官（遗体、组织）捐献的理念正被越来越多的人了解和接受。“具体要看捐献者的器官功能评估情况，然后由相应的专家评估之后确定是否可以应用。”从我国目前的肝肾移植受者的等待登记数据来看，每30名等待者中只有一名能够获得移植的机会。在蔡金贞看来，对于急切渴望得到器官移植的患者来说，就眼下的捐献量而言是远远不够的。

蔡金贞说，虽然近年来全省各级红十字会一直致力于推动人体器官（遗体、组织）捐献的宣传动员，越来越多的人进行了器官捐献志愿登记，也有越来越多登记者成为志愿捐献者，但器官短缺依然严重，很多生命仍在苦苦等待。遗憾的是，有部分患者在等待中离开了这个世界。在此也呼吁，更多的人加入这个队伍，器官捐献的善举，已让不少某个器官功能丧失或面临生命终结的患者有了希望，让社会变得更加温暖，让文明以另一种力量延续。
