首先，一名好老师应该拥有渊博的知识,更重要的是将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好。一名语文老师，应该诗词历史，写作阅读，无所不通，无所不知。一名数学老师，应该将奥数几何，各种运算，运用自如。一名英语老师，应该说一口纯正英语，与外国人轻松交谈。现在的许多老师讲课都有些枯燥古板，甚至学生会因为老师的严厉呆板而失去了一个孩子应有的活泼与想象力，也变得呆板起来，或失去学*的兴趣。那么，一个好老师就应该和学生之间拉*距离，*易*人，成为学生的良师益友：在课堂上激情澎湃、充满感情﹑身临其境地

给学生讲课：激动时手舞足蹈,感动时泪流满面；好笑时忍俊不禁,感慨时长篇大论；和学生一起在课文的浪起浪落中随波遨游,品味课文的苦辣酸甜,感受文章的真谛与乐趣将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好；尽量和学生互动学*，让学生带有感情地上课，身临其境地去学*，在学中玩，玩中学；当学生对上课产生兴趣时，往往能产生事半功倍的效果。而这，就是一个好老师应该做到的第一点。

一个好老师不仅要拥有渊博的知识,将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好，还要有高尚的师德。的确，一个老师的师德将会影响一个学生的思想。一位好老师，就应该抓住生活课文中的一点一滴的小事，借机把好的思想传输给学生，将会使学生终生受益。当看见受伤的小动物时，就应该教育学生：要爱护动物；当看到有人破坏花草树木时,就应该教育学生:要爱户花草树木；当看到有人乱扔垃圾时,应当教育学生；要保护我们赖以生存的地球的环境。在学课文的时候,譬如讲到《自己的花是让别人看的》一课时,应不失时机地教育学子：要学会“人人为我,我为人人”的品质；讲到《金钱的魔力》一文,老师又应及时地告诫学生:千万不要像托德与老板那样有着见钱眼开的丑态,不要为金钱所动……当然,不仅要教育学生,老师自己也要做出榜样。例如:当大家在班级大扫除中都干得有气无力时，老师带头大干起来，挥如汗雨---用自己的实际行动来打动我们、鼓励我们；再如：当大家在街上看

外籍老师一上台，就迫不及待地跟我们打招呼：“HELLO！”气氛一下子就活跃起来，同学们脱口而出：“HI！”外籍老师接着问：“Howareyou！”同学们又异口同声地答道：“Iamfine。Thankyou。”老师又放了一个歌谣，气氛更加热烈了。老师先用流利的英语，丰富的表情，有趣的动作教会了我们一些动作和动作的单词，比如：elephent，walk，jump，run，swim同学们都学的有模有样，跟着老师大声朗读，学习跳的时候，所有同学跟着老师一起跳起来。学走的时候，跟着老师，随着音乐，嘴里大声念着；“WALK，WALK，WALK。”身体也随着音乐做出走的姿势越到后面，同学们学习的气氛越来越浓烈了。学完了单词，老师教我们前面的歌谣。这个歌谣我们学而不腻，认真地跟着老师学了好几遍。老师在台上讲得头头是道，满头大汗。同学们在台下学得有声有色，热火朝天。时间过得真快，要下课了。同学们跟老师说着GOODBYE，恋恋不舍地离开了报告厅。

开始表演了，中学国际班的人们上台了！我一边看他们精彩的表演，一边想《时间都去哪儿了》这个节目没有什么大问题。我担心的是我和黄玉享的节目：《我们都是成语谜》会有一点问题。这个问题出现在我最后背成语的地方，这些成语不但要背的熟，而且要说的快。我上次彩排的时候就觉得自己说的不快，所以我才那么担心。

快到我的节目了，我的心怦怦直跳，一直在心里练词。

到我和黄玉享的节目了，我只能把眼前的人看做我们排节目的时候一样说，我看着老师们在录像，又有家长在拍照，真是很害怕啊！我说的好好的，突然在最后犯了一个错误：我少说了一个成语“调虎离山。不过我说的速度很快，老师们和家长们好像都没有发现，他们都给我们鼓掌呢！

我觉得最搞笑的是李秦汉表演的诵读古诗，他穿着汉代蓝蓝的丝绸衣，戴着“黄金”做的黄色头冠，手里还拿着20xx年前的扇子呢，像一个唐代的诗人。真是好笑啊！黄玉享和玛丽娜的快板古诗也很好听，符永宝的笑话也很搞笑。

今天的口语大赛让我觉得很快乐，因为我学会了自信，明白了在什么时候也不能害羞。

Youth

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.
