I’ve been wondering where one’s childlike purity has gone when he or she grows up. To find the answer, I read The Little Prince, which is a fairy tale for adult and fable about life, written by Antoine de Saint Exupéry.

The story of The Little Prince is about a prince from an asteroid named B-612, which is a fairly small one, with three volcanoes and a rose on it. The prince spent his days caring for his "planet", sweeping the volcanoes and pulling out the baobab trees that would make his little planet turn to dust if they were not removed. However, he was lonely. He watched the sunset every time he was down. He had seen the sunset forty-three times in a day, for endless loneliness and sadness filled up his heart. Fortunately, a beautiful rose enriched his life. She loved the distressed prince, while the prince loved her sincerely as well. Unluckily, the sensitive prince once doubted about love due to the rose’s anger, and he left his rose as well as his planet to start his lonely journey.

After visiting six other asteroids, he came to the earth. He met a fox and tamed it. It was the fox who taught the prince that his rose was in a class by herself. The prince began to realized that he was tamed by his rose, he responsible for her. As a result, he was eager to see his rose again, but he found himself unable to leave the earth. Finally, the prince chose to go back to his asteroid with the snake’s bite, though he felt afraid of pains.

Every time I read The Little Prince, I am moved by the prince’s attitude toward the world. It is his attitude that brings my sincerity and innocence back. Because of the story of the little prince, I have learnt to live a peaceful life with hope, gentleness, touching, and responsibility about tameness in my heart.

Reading Report --The Little Prince I’m reading a book called The Little Prince written by Exupery,S. He was born in Lyon in 1900. He was a pilot during his early life. Unfortunately,he was died at the age of 44 in 1944 when he was carrying out the eighth flying mission. And The Little Prince was his most famous novel.

This novel tells the story of the little prince, who came from the asteroid known as narrator met the little prince when he crashed in the desert. Little by little, he learned more about the prince from words dropped by chance. The planet was so small that nobody could go very far. As is seen to all, he owned a flower and three volcanoes. Apparently, he was very earnest, honest and stubborn. Every time he put forward a question, you can’t ignore it and must answer it instantly to satisfy his curiosity. But the little prince could understand this picture at the beginning. In a conclusion, I think it is because grown-ups are short of imagination and their thoughts are complicated. Their hearts are not pure any more. This impressed me a lot is when you praise a beautiful house, these grown-ups cannot imagine how wonderful it is unless you tell them the house costs $20,000. There’s no denying that it is a very sad truth, however, also a common phenomenon. The reason is so clear that everybody knows it. What can it be except for their money worship? Although they might know it is bad, they never want to change the actuality because the temptation seems impossible to resist. As a result, they become complicated and only care about money. They used to be pure, but the realistic world has changed them greatly. Of course, we cannot

shift the responsibility onto them, because that’s it all the time. We must make up our mind to change the current situation thoroughly. Do not just pay attention to money is very important, and also hard to carry out.

I think this book is written for adults instead of children. On account of the deep meanings between the lines, innocent children maybe cannot undersand it very well. So the author asked the indulgence of the children who may read this book for dedicating it to a grown-up. In my opinion, this book is good for those grown-ups who have lost their childishness. 前几天晚上，睿睿再一次的走了进去，还是径直往里走，我问他：“睿睿，你在干什么？”睿睿指着小白兔给我看，我才恍然大捂，他是在看小白兔，拿了根草让他喂兔子，居然也知道把草放到兔子够得到的地方。

这几天，只要把他抱下楼，他都会去看，也不碰其他东西了。

今天又去看，他想找草给兔子吃，可没草了，睿睿在放草的地方来来回回的找了好几遍，这孩子，看到人家把草放在那里，就只记得那里放草了。

抱他回家的时候很不愿意，还是强行抱走了，没忘记哭，也没忘记给小店里的人做再见。

追求一个梦想 pursuing a dream

《埃及王子》讲的是：埃及国王要建王宫，就抓来无数外族百姓来当牛做马。他们干活还要挨打，背上的疤永远也好不了，女人生的孩子他们还要夺走喂鲨鱼。一位被抓起来的母亲为了救自己的孩子，用木盆让他漂流，最后漂到了王后的花园水池，王后心地善良，让他当了王子。他有了一个名字：西雷。他在国王与王后的保护下长大了。但人们的痛苦勾起了他的记忆，他离开了埃及，放下了荣华富贵。最后，他把自己的人民解放了出来。

我觉得那个西雷他太伟大了，在死亡的追逐下还能为人民讨回自由和快乐，他是民族的英雄！

同时，我又想起了那些痛苦的子民，埃及的法制太可恶了！让外来的人去建王宫，自己吃喝玩乐。那些人民要搬石、拉大石像，干不动了挨鞭子，没有一个人是正常死的，而是累死的，打死的。

和他们比起来，我们的生活太好了，这样的生活我们还不知足，还与别人比。看了《埃及王子》后，我想到了要珍惜此刻的生活，做一个支持正义的人。

国王用这些土地盖宫殿，花园……百姓们有的无家可归；有的住着简陋的小屋；有的没有一顿温饱。

国王有个孩子，叫贝尔，是国王的独生子，所以国王除了疼爱他的妻子外，最爱的就是他的儿子了。

有一天，贝尔出去游玩，遇上了一位漂亮的姑娘，她叫莉莎。王子喜欢上了她，他们成了好朋友。后来，王子对莉莎说：“如果我有一碗粥，我会自己留下一半，另一半分给你。”从此，她爱上了他。

之后，莉莎知道了他是国王的儿子，于是就恳求他叫他的父亲把土地还给她，毕竟这土地是她家的希望。

贝尔找了个机会与父亲交谈。贝尔说：“父亲，您能否将土地还给莉莎的父母？”“莉莎？她是谁？为什么要将土地还给她的父母？”父亲十分疑惑地问。贝尔解释道：“她们家只是一户平民，靠这土地为生，她们没有了这土地，也就没有了生活的希望啊！”父亲带着冰冷地语气说：“她们家的土地现在已经是国土的一部分了，是属于我的，这个国王的！”国王气愤地走了。王子伤心地没法去面对莉莎。

一个月后，国王驾崩了。王子登上了宝座，成为了国王，莉莎成为了他的妻子。

一年后，他们有了他们的第一个孩子，他叫海伦斯。

贝尔用了几年的时间，为自己的妻子盖了许多的花园，为他的儿子建了温馨的宫殿。

一天，小王子海伦斯气冲冲地找到了国王，对他说：“父亲，您为什么要剥夺凯丽她们家的土地？”小王子十分不理解自己的父亲。国王贝尔愣住了，他似乎想起了什么……

不久后，百姓们得回了自己的土地，贝尔放弃了富贵。因为快乐不会受到贫富的影响。

一百年后，国王的曾外孙女带着自己的丈夫来到了这座城堡度蜜月。

她对丈夫说：“这是一座城堡，曾经住着一位国王……”

生活中总有这样一些人，他们心地善良单纯，个性率真坦诚，也正因为如此，他们经常心高气傲，不妥协，与人相处不柔软，也不懂得原谅与包容。因为灵魂深处的高傲，而不屑一切自认为低俗的行为与生活方式。可是，最终谁也敌不过现实社会的残酷，谁也无法做到完美，弄得自己身心疲惫，颓废沮丧，几乎疯狂崩溃。

善良与单纯本是人性的可爱与美德，如果不能因此给自己带来快乐，给别人带去关爱，而是一味的拒绝与骄傲，挑剔与指责，这样的善良与单纯就变成了自私与清高冷傲。也许他们是为了自身的完美，可在狭隘的完美里，会错过一生中许多自然与恬淡的美好。世间没有绝对完美的人，也没有绝对完美的人生。

在现实生活里，绝对完美只存在于狭小和封闭的环境里。那种完美已不适合如今的生存，即使有了经济依靠，过于自闭的环境也会让我们的心理产生问题，反而被完美所累，让爱丢失。在生活里学会适当妥协，学会包容，不是懦弱而是智慧。我们可以通过爱而使自己的内心世界达到一种丰睿的完美，爱可以让我们暖和，冬天不会寒冷。能保持心中的那份善良与单纯很美好，只是，也要适当的，以便感受爱的力量；让自己柔软，以便好好的保护自己；学会原谅与包容，可以让自己飞过生活的沧海，让心情处于美好的平静。如果爱，就要温柔对待，就要用心去珍惜，让感动与善良在人世间永恒。

Sometimes we choose life,but this life belongs to others. If we once did it,we would be terrible grown-ups--mixing everything up together,confusing everything,and all day just say that“I’m busy with matters of consequence. ” I don’t want to be that kind of person!Why not choose life of my own?

Every time I’m reading the story,the idea becomes more and more strong. Nothing is meaningful unless you put your love in it.

The little prince lives in the planet B-612 that isn’t any larger than a house. His life is simply with joy. One day,a beautiful angel was born among the simple flower that had only one rings of petals. She was totally a miracle at the sunrise. To the little prince,she was a very complex creature. He couldn’t help falling in love with the flower. But,as he said,he was too young to know how to love her. She always pretended to be proud to conceal her love. Then he went away from his planet to search for something he needed. She didn’t blame him or urge him to stay. Actually she wanted him to be happy. So she chose not to cry and let him go.

During his trip on the earth,he met the fox. At that time,the little prince was looking for men. But the fox beg of him to tame her because she used to live a monotonous life and wanted to have a friend. So,since then,the little prince sat a little closer to her day by day. Thus,the little prince tamed the fox.

But the departure was coming. Hadn’t it helped her in any way?Yeah,it did help her. To each other,they had been unique in the world instead of other thousands of ordinary little boys and foxes!And to the fox,she owned the color of the Wheatfield to remind her of the happiness with the little prince.

Everything changed from the very beginning. And at last,the fox told the little prince her secret:

“It’s only with one’s heart that one can see clearly.

What is essential is invisible to the eye.”

Then he understood,it was the time he spent on his flower which made his flower so important.

We may be one of these characters in the book. The flower,the fox,or the little prince. I mean that LOVE and DEPARTURE,MISUNDERSTANDING and SUDDENLY REALIZING are equally valuable.

When loving someone,we should be brave enough. Try to make him happy even if so many tears have been added up to a deep sea.

When someone tames you,the world will be a fantastic wonderland. All other people are just alike,but only he is so unique. Because of those moments of truth,you can see the spirit in this love. Nothing can ever replace it.

It’s a story about life and love. Furthermore,the little prince makes me understand the sweetness in sadness
