这里所指的操作界面主要是指人机界面的页面。人机界面是人与机器之间传递和交换信息的媒介，是人与机器之间的界面交流。我们所知煤矿设备由于机械较庞大所以结构复杂、零部件机构较多,所以操作界面很是复杂和繁琐。界面杂乱无序会让你眼花缭乱，操作起来使人烦躁,还有种很粗糙的感觉,并且存在严重的安全隐患。我们所希望的人机界面，在外形上要美观大方,操作上要通俗易懂、操作便利，而且要有引导功能,让操作员在工作的过程中感觉到快乐,从而提高工作效率。操作面板是人与机器相交的主要界面,人在面板上进行运行操作,操作起其位置和倾斜角度达到人的需求，对界面上的显示、控制装置的大小、位置等，都要适应的人的舒适度，这样在操作时可以便捷、正确和高效的工作状态。

减少煤矿机械操作中的噪音

煤炭工业是多噪声行业,这种噪声不止存在在一个环节中，而是在各个生产环节中都存在的，所以对人的危害是很大的。煤矿生产设备噪声的生源繁多而且音量很高。这种噪声长时间下来对人耳可造成听力损失；这种噪声已经严重到影响技术员的正常工作，还造成人的睡眠质量下降，严重的还会引起各种疾病的发生；音量太大，技术员在工作中无法专注，会引起一系列的工作上的失误，对于较大负荷的强度工作，如果因为噪声的原因，引起的后果将是不可想象的；不仅如此，因为噪声还会让仪器设备无法正常运转, 造成仪表读数不准、失灵，甚至还可能金属材料因声疲劳而破坏。 因此，设计人员在煤矿机械设备设计的时候就要考虑到噪声的因素，我们要减少因噪声带来的影响。例如在设计时，设计人员了解煤矿通风机和局部通风机是噪声最大的发源地，我们就要减少这些部件的噪声，在通风机选型、空气动力学设计与机械设计时，保证通风机工作时噪声较低，或是把通风机的尺寸变大或是缩小，设计的这些原理，前提是不能影响技术经济的指标下，方可达到减低噪声的效果。

3结束语

现代化的机械工程在设计中会考虑人机工程学原理，已达到人性化的设计。结合环境因素、人为因素在设计中的影响。保证技术人员在工作操作中者可以放心安全的工作，还能保证提高工作效率。机械设计是非常重要的环节，因此设计产品时要充分考虑到人为的因素才可以解决劳动主体与劳动工具之间的矛盾，但也因现在人的能力是有限的，设计的有些产品无法适应人的操作，这样就不可能达到期望的人机协调。随着科学进步的发展，人类对自身的理解又更近一步的了解，对科技的发展也越来越重视，所以让人与科学的结合是非常有必要的，现在的人们体会到了高科技带来的便利，也不断的从经验与教训中认识到了人机系统协调关系的重要性，从而了人机工程学在机械操作设计中的重要性，在这条道路上我们还要不断的探究和深入。

首先，我想谈谈这个毕业论文设计的目的及意义。

淡水鱼方便食品加工斩拌设备(以下简称斩拌机)的设计，以机械设计理论和机电一体化技术为主要的理论基础，同时涉及有关机械设备电器控制、机械制造工艺学、互换性与侧量技术、工程制图等学科的知识;以计算机辅助设计为手段，应用相关的软件完成零件的设计计算和绘图，完成电气控制部分的分析和出图工作。

本课题完成以后，希望所设计的设备能够实现国产化，设计图样直接作为设备国产化生产的技术依据，也为以后的设计积累设计经验，所进行的理论探讨能为以后相关设备的设计提供帮助。

本课题完成以后，将直接推动淡水鱼方便食品加工关键设备国产化的进程，替代国外的进口产品，直接应用到生产实际当中，满足国内鱼加工企业的要求，提高水产品加工行业的技术水平，增加产品的附加值，推动水产加工行业的技术进步。也可以把加工设备作为产品推向市场;通过加工过程的理论探讨，掌握加工的一般规律，为以后相关设备的能量衡算、物料衡算、经济估算、过程优化、单元设备结构尺寸的设计计算提供参考。课题完成以后，如能投入生产实际，经济效益和社会效益都将是十分明显的。

本论文的主要任务有:

(l)参考进口设备，绘制斩拌机的总装图和零件图。

(2)斩拌工艺分析.

(3)完成斩拌机关键部件—刀片的优化设计。

(4)进行设备的电器控制设计。

其次，我想谈谈这篇论文的结构和主要内容。 本文分成四个部分.
