为认真做好安全生产大讨论活动第一阶段的宣传学习工作，我队自接到矿安全生产大讨论活动的通知后，就召开班子成员和班组长会议，商讨大讨论活动方案。在每天充分利用班前班后学习矿大讨论活动文件和集团公司领导1月14日在鹤煤公司安全紧急会议上的讲话精神以及各项集团公司的安全生产文件精神，不断强化职工的理论头脑，教育职工真正树立起遵章守纪、杜绝“三违”的思想，在全队干部职工中营造出积极进取、健康向上的良好学习氛围。

二、认真搞好专题大讨论工作，纠查自身施工中的一些不安全因素

在安全生产大讨论第二阶段专题讨论活动上，我们队以“从零开始，向零奋斗”、“决不要一两带血的煤”等安全理念为出发

点，围绕如何搞好本单位安全生产和纠查影响施工的一些不安全因素为线索，实行了以党支部、班组、领导干部为单位，全队职工干部互动发言，谈感想、谈体会，并提出了一些解决问题的方法，真正把思想行动统一到安全生产中来。在认真吸取每个职工的意见后，队里领导干部召开班子成员讨论会，重点围绕如何转变作风，做好安全管理、技术管理工作等问题上畅所欲言，认真剖析自己，查找安全管理存在的漏洞和不足，进一步增强干工作的干劲和责任心，真正的实现集团公司“用心做事，追求卓越”的理念。

三、严格落实问题整改，认真撰写大讨论心得体会

针对职工专题讨论阶段反映的问题和不安全因素，队里做了详细记录，并严格落实问题整改，要求问题整改后，有人监督、落实，彻底的把问题解决掉，把隐患消除掉。与此同时，队里按照大讨论的部署，要求每个职工撰写了心得体会，努力转变职工那种“干煤矿不可能不死人”的旧观念，树立“从零开始，向零奋斗”、“用心做事，追求卓越”的理念，变事后查处为超前防范。

安全生产大讨论活动的开展，打开了我队2009年来安全工作的良好局面，使全队职工的精神面貌焕然一新，让我们看到了煤矿安全形势的不断好转，也为职工参与到煤矿建设中来创造了一个良好的工作环境。我相信，只要我们契而不舍的努力，一定能够把煤矿的安全工作做好，实现煤矿工人生活尽快的富裕起来。

三、教学内容分析

本单元的中心话题是science and scientists。话题依附于听力、对话、阅读与写作等语言载体中。本单元的话题内容与学生的日常学习有着密切的关系，应该说是以英语为媒体让学生表达他们对平时理化生等理科课程，特别是相关实验，所想到及感受到的内容。因此，尽管本单元的话题对学生而言有着一定的难度，但却有体现出了以学生为中心，贴近学生生活而又富有时代气息的特点。

Warming up设计了四幅与学生的理科课程有关的图片，学生通过对日常熟悉的相干实验工具及场地的识别，展开相关学科特点与学习的讨论。同时在此基础上，要求学生们在Listening部分能熟悉某些实验室的规则及注意事项，掌握如何给予别人指导与说明，并能抓住文章的中心话题，捕捉相关细节内容，回答有关的问题。

Speaking则是一个极富时代气息的讨论练习。要求学生们能对现在热门的尖端科技有所了解，(练习中提供了诸如Maglev train, cloning, nuclear energy, computer 与 space flight等内容)然后能就这些新的科学技术与工具进行理性的辨证的思考，既能感受到它们给我们的生活带来的巨大利益，同时也能发现其中所存在的不足与弊端，并能通过讨论、对话等形式发表自己的观点与想法。这一部分也应该是本单元写作内容的一个铺垫。

Reading讲述的是科学家 Franklin的风筝实验，从而证明Lighting and electricity are the same的故事。学生在理解文章的基础上，能充分感受到实验对于科学工作的重要性及科学家是如何获得事业上的成功的。同时能落实材料中所出现的一些单词与短语的使用。

Language Study是在本单元词汇学习的基础上，让学生进一步了解并掌握一定的构词法。主要是兼类词、一词多义现象及合成词的构成。

Integrating skills 通过学生对科学家是否应利用动物进行实验，从而达到发明新产品现象的讨论，理性的从正反两个方面看待这一问题。同时在阅读、思考与讨论的基础上，写下一篇阐明自己观点、立场与看法的短文。

四、教学重点与难点

在讲解练习或是试题的时候，我一般就是先让学生自己改错，我觉着这就是学生自己问自己的过程，问一问为什么错了，应该怎样来改，。然后让他们小组内讨论解决问题，这就是讨论问题的过程，在“问”别人的时候问个“为什么这么填空”，而不是“这个空填什么。”最后的问题由小组提出，在老师的帮助下集体解决。

我认为合作学习的前提是自主学习，这是一个能静下来思考的过程，然后才能进入合作的环节，最后进入整理提升的阶段。如果学生能都从“问”的出发点看问题，在做完一个题时问问自己出题者的意图，自己将知识归纳总结，学习的效果该是不错的。

二、初中英语写作教学是薄弱的环节，在教学中必须从基础抓起，尤其是课堂上加强对学生英语同步教学听、说、读、写的训练。

1.词汇听写、默写、单词拼写、连词成句、英汉互译、句子转换、句子改错、合并句子等。

2.积累好词、好句、好段。平时鼓励学生背诵课文对话，好句。仿写课文和套用课文中的段落。这为今后写作打下扎实的基础。
