其实另一个目的是让大家尽可能的嘲笑我，雪珂同学觉得如果我受到了大家的嘲笑，她的怨气也会随之散发，为了满足她这种变态的心理，我就决定写下这些让她开心的东西。

大家就尽情的笑吧。为了媳妇儿，这不算丢人，是吧，相信同志们一定会理解我的。关于雪珂同学打了7个未接来电的情况，我不得不指出一些问题，为啥不在打俩没人接的时候就转而寻求帮助，非要生那么大气呢，啧啧。我表示不能很好的理解这件事情，希望雪珂同学能给我一个很好的解答，是我太笨了，还是雪珂同学脑筋不转了呢。嘎嘎！

这马上就够了，看到没，我这次木有偷工减料，可是标准的五百字。不许再生气了呢！

一、试题分析

1、试题结构与分值

本次试卷有两大题型（客观题和主观题），即单项选择、完型填空、阅读理解、按要求改写句子、用所给词的正确形式填空、补全对话和书面表达，整卷满分为120分，其中客观题55分，主观题65分。教材中所出现的重要语法项目在不一样的试题中均得到了考查。对所有采分点的设题均为教材中所要求掌握的资料，要求学生动笔写的资料全部控制在教材要求掌握的范围内。

2、命题特点及导向

命题力争使试卷中的不一样试题具有灵活性、趣味性、教育性、指导性，对今后的八年级英语教学有必须的导向性。

(一)单项选择。经过对这次单项选择试题的分析，能够发现，单项选择题依然坚持传统的单纯语法和词汇知识考查。该部分试题坚持了所考查的知识，覆盖面广。

(二)完形填空。完形填空取材的素材，上下文逻辑关系清楚，试题针对事情的发展设空，考生只要理解事情的情节和脉络，就能够顺利作答。

(四)按要求改写句子。学生对课本掌握不够熟悉﹐所以造成一部分同学失分很严重。

(五) 选择单词并用其正确形式补全短文。此题失分最多，很多学生不会，少部分会写词但没按正确的时态写出来，同时造成了分的损失。

(六)补全对话。补全对话是一到综合性的交际英语，选择性还好。自我补全很多同学都不会。

(七)书面表达。本期的书面表达在必须程度上方便了学生的写作，试题难度不大，但要想写出必须水平，得到较高的分数，仍有必须的难度。

考生在书面表达中所反映的问题主要有：

（1）基础不扎实，表达不妥当。主要表此刻：语序混乱、语法结构错误、基本句型没掌握、单词拼写错误、时态错误等，还有的考生只写出 了几个单词，这些错误都导致语言表达不流畅或产生歧义。

（2）答题不规范，卷面不整洁．

二、今后的教学思路

1、认真钻研教材，在教案设计上下足工夫，努力提高课堂效率。平时引导学生注重基础知识的积累巩固。

2、加强对学生本事的培养。如：经过跟录音读单词、课文来提高学生的朗读水平和听力水平。也可利用早读时光来加强听力本事的训练。课后需加强课外阅读的输入量，阅读材料的选择应难度适中，从而提高阅读水平。另外，要重视学生书面表达的训练，在要求学生写作时，要求不能过高，应按照循序渐进的原则，加强写作技巧的指导来逐步提高写作本事。

3、做好防差补差的工作。我班相当一部分的学生英语基础较差，所以补差工作尤为重要，我认为应从以下几方面着手：

（1）树立自信，使每个学生都有我能学好英语的信心。

（2）培养学生良好的学习习惯。

（3）严格把好语音关，使学生过好拼写关。

（4）对待差生，可适当降低要求。

关于法庭辩论的表达技巧，我与大家分享三点建议。

第一，使用口语表达。部分律师在法庭辩论时会照本宣科地朗读已经准备好的书面辩论意见。从旁听者的角度进行评价，这种朗读书面文字的方式会让听众产生理解障碍。因为书面表达和口头表达的逻辑和方法是有区别的，所以建议可将辩论意见以口语表达的方式形成逐字演讲稿。如果律师更自信、对案件更熟练，可以只在书面上罗列辩论要点形成简单的提纲，在辩论时再转换成口语表达。

第二，在表达形式上，需要做到语速适中、口齿清晰，且尽量脱稿。这样不仅会给法官一个良好的印象，也让听众更容易接收你传达的信息。假设我在视频中所做的分享，是拿着一张纸逐句念稿，相信大家也不会感到有兴趣。

第三，善于控制情绪。在法庭辩论中要尽量避免不良情绪，包括愤怒、恐惧、不安、紧张等，当然，克服这些不良情绪的最好方法就是做好充足的准备。

不管是往上沟通、往下沟通还是水平沟通;我想都是离不开两个字“听“和”说“。

沟通要讲究“听”的艺术，通过积极的倾听可以了解谈话者的真正意图，可以获取对方想要传递的信息。耐心的倾听能够激发对方的倾诉欲，有利于从对方的谈话中找出说服对方的关键，增加沟通的有效性。善于倾听的管理者要在谈话中表现出对对方的谈话内容感兴趣，要全神贯注而不能从事与谈话内容无关的活动，比如说看报、看时间、思想不集中等，这样容易让对方认为你对他的谈话内容不关心，从而打击了对方沟通的积极性;谈话时尽量不要打断对方，不要过快的做出判断，草率的给出结论，这不但能体现你对谈话者的尊重，也可以给对方留下稳重含蓄的印象，在提高对你的信任度的同时也提高了沟通的效率。

掌握说话的技巧，德鲁克说：“一个基本的技能，就是以书面或口头的形式组织和表达思想，你的成功依赖于你通过口头或书面文字对别人的影响程度，这种将自己的思想表达清楚的能力可能是一个人应拥有的最重要的技能。”在大多数的沟通中，谈话是最主要的方式，与人沟通是不但要会听，还要会说，会表达自己的观点。谈话时要力求简练，用简单明了的语言来表达自己的思想，“要知道浪费别人的时间就是在谋财害命”;谈话时如果发现对方有不耐烦的表情，就应该适可而止或转换话题，以此来改善沟通的气氛，在谈话时切忌自己滔滔不绝而忽略了对方，应在传达自己的信息后适当的停顿，以征求别人的意见，这样就避免了对方有意见而又不愿插话的尴尬，这样对他人尊重的同时也体现了自己的素质;巧用恰当的眼神、手势等肢体语言对有效沟通的实现也相当重要。

所以，沟通不是一种说服，而是一种感染、它是一个观念。

(一)合理安排时间

各项时间分配：四段时间：听力20分钟，单选和完形25分钟，阅读40分钟，书面表达35分钟(全国试卷为短文改错和书面表达)。每段不要超过规定时间5分钟。有些考生在做单选时耗费的时间比较多，做到二卷的短文改错和书面表达时就只剩十几分钟了，特别是书面表达有时不能很好地审题，来不及思考或写出提要，提笔就写往往错误百出，发挥不出应有的水平。有些考生想调整一下做题的顺序，这要取决于你平时做题的习惯，一般来说还是应该从前到后，更容易把握时间。

(二)认真正确地填涂机读卡

一共是75个，最后一定要看是否都涂上了。不要出现漏填、错填的现象。填涂的三种方法：一个一个填，较费时间，思路有时受影响;全部做完填，有一定的风险，前提是时间充裕;按大题填，比较可靠;无论用那种方法，一定要标准，保证上交的机读卡没有出现漏填、错填的现象。将失误减少为零。

(三)各部分做题提示：

1.听力：考英语时尽量提前进入考场使自己平静下来。在做听力题时，情绪一定要非常稳定，充分利用好每段听力前所给的读题时间，找出每段所要听的重点，可以在题上划出关键词，先预测一下短文或对话的内容，带着问题去听。万一有听不清楚的地方也不要着急，可以集中精力听好第二遍。听的过程中一定要放松，如遇到没听清的词，不要多想，重要的是大意，把握对话或短文的主要意思，注意说话人的语气，重点听实词。

2.单项选择：注意语境，利用信息，适当分析句子结构，特别注意疑问句、感叹句、定语从句中的句子成分还原。选定答案后尽量不琢磨，不轻易改动所选答案。注意这部分一定不要花过多的时间，应该是30秒钟做完一题。

3.完形一定按照平时训练的方法读3遍，不要因为时间紧张拿起来就急于答题，上下文一定看通以后再做选择，做完有时间带着答案往回读一遍。尽量避免出现连错的现象。
