The number of trees，deer, tigers， wild flowers and plants has changed much—less and need to do more to keep the balance of nature.

欢迎各位家长百忙之中抽空前来参加本次家长会活动。首先我想向各位家长表示感谢。感谢各位半学期以来对我的工作的支持，对孩子学习的督促和检查。

今天我主要想谈三个方面的内容。

一、向各位家长汇报一下我们班这学期以来的英语学习情况。

我们每周三节英语课分别由外教老师主教两节，我主教一节。我们这学期聘请的这个一年级的外教老师，是个美国人，很年轻，很活泼，很幽默，所以孩子很喜欢他，每次看到外教老师来也很激动。他上课主要先是从单词入手，再进行短语与句子的训练，经常会补充教授一些单词。在我的课堂中，比较喜欢在课堂中运用多种形式的教学方法顾及到所有的孩子，给每个人平等的机会。尤其是根据孩子课后到我这里来过关的情况，有针对性地进行教学。

在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。半学期以来课堂上认真听讲的有：袁唯曦、张宇涵、琚茗媛、朱余恒、赵宇晨、王振翔。发言积极的有：陈梓涵、王笑、朱佩琪、刘念、严梓鑫。在课后过关积极的有：朱岑、张沁书、林宇宸。

二、孩子在英语学习中还存在的问题：

1. 读书时声音不够响亮，读书时，没有指读。

2. 个别学生过关不够及时。

3. 考试情况分析：这次考试以卷面的形式，听力占70分，笔试占30分。对孩子来说这是第一次考英语，难免有些紧张。但是细细看，其实题目并不难，只要把我们平时所学的词句都掌握好了，考好应该不是问题。这次考试全班满分 4人，90分以上的有18 人，90人以下的有17 人。我仔细分析了错误原因，主要有几点：一、不够细心、耐心，没有理解题意。因为之前做题不太多，不适应考试题型。老师在指导做题时，将每道题的意思都已经解释很清楚，个别同学没有注意听老师读题，导致出错，还有几个学生在做题时出现了漏题的现象。三、也是最关键的一点，就是孩子不能正确认读单词。试卷的第五、笔试第一和第三项都和认读有关。有家长也很纳闷，我的孩子在家读书很多，读得也不错，但是为什么考试的成绩不是很理想?

基于上述的情况，以下几点希望我们共同配合努力：

要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。所以要做到继续关注听和读。

1.复读机，录音机这种硬件设备一定要配备，是必须的。给孩子创造更好的学习语言环境。给孩子模仿发音提供必备的条件。

2.磁带是每天必须坚持要听的，即使没有新知识的注入，也可以是旧知识的复习。只有这样，你知识的雪球才会越滚越大。

3.在家听读的时候，一定要保证手指到，眼睛看到，嘴巴大声的朗读出来。这也是帮助孩子认读单词的一个好方法。

4.在书本上进行家长签字，写上日期。家里的复习做的好，也相当于一个孩子的二次学习。同时家长给予我们及时的反馈，更加方便我们之间的沟通与交流。

5. 帮助孩子认读。几种方法：打乱顺序读。打印出来或者抄写下来，认读。做单词卡片，随时读。

6. 学有余力的孩子可以加强课外学习。提高自己的眼界，提升自己的平台。 最后，因为老师始终是面向全体孩子，难免有所忽略。所以请家长谅解，有任何的问题，我们及时的沟通。争取找到最合适的解决办法。我要讲的就是这些，谢谢!

怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢?我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，我只是真诚地呼吁我们的家长配合学校，配合老师，我们共同努力来帮助孩子学好英语。用一句时髦的话说：我们要和孩子共同成长。因此我们要重视学生良好的学习习惯的培养。

(1)让孩子多听录音 在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力也就差。因此要确保孩子每天至少边听录音，边跟读课文15分钟，要读出声音，最好家长在旁监督，会更有效。有时学生可能会认为我已会背了,不需听磁带了,这是很不好的习惯,毕竟听磁带对学生听力能力的提高很有帮助。为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说，尽量让孩子模仿录音中的发音。

(2)让孩子大声说英语 家长要每天询问孩子学习英语的情况，不管当天有无英语课。家长要鼓励孩子每天大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误。另外，还请各位家长在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。父母亲的良好榜样起着很大作用。孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这时，父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。千万不能纵容自己的孩子第一次说：英语好难，我学不好;就任由他去。你让你的孩子知道：今天，你花大时间去养成好习惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒了一会，你明天的作业就会更多。

时间会证明你的孩子正在与他身边的同龄人慢慢拉开差距，一滴墨水改变不了一盆清水的颜色，但已经改变了它的本质，因为你的选择与坚持将注定你的孩子与众不同。

一、教材介绍

我们从一年级就开始开设英语课程，目的就是希望我们的孩子可以从小开始接触和掌握一门新的语言，为将来更好的学习和生活打下基础。。

现在我手里所拿得就是孩子本学期要学习的英语课本。首先，我来介绍一下这本书的特点，上学期教材共分为10个学习模块Moudle，一个复习模块，四个单词表，一个补充阅读版块以及一个综合运用实践项目。每个学习模块包括两个单元，第一单元是语言呈现单元，第二单元是语言扩展和语言练习单元，各个单元从单词、对话、游戏、歌曲、歌谣等等都能够吸引孩子的兴趣，这样安排遵循着少年儿童的认知规律，由浅入深，由易而难，为孩子们循序渐进地学习奠定基础。也就是说从现在开始，我们必须要转变观念了：要把英语作为一门重要的科目来好好地学习。

英语也会和语文、数学一样每学期进行正规的考试和测试，实行满分制。

三、 孩子的特点以及本期的教学举措

一年级的孩子们年龄比较小大都在6岁，7岁，共性特征是特别喜欢玩，非常好动;注意力还不能稳定持久，这个阶段的孩子注意力一般能稳定持续15分钟——20分钟左右;思维非常具体，容易受外界影响。但他们可爱，聪明，热情，正处于掌握新语言的最佳阶段。作为英语教师，我将尽职尽责，竭尽全力，通过丰富多彩，形式多样，充满趣味的教学活动，多媒体课件等培养孩子们的学习兴趣，以最大限度的耐心来帮助我们的孩子养成良好的学习习惯。本期在教学上我打算从以下几个方面入手：

1、 大英语课堂的学习

(1) 每日一句、每日歌谣的学习，除此之外，我还会添加一些比较经典的英语歌曲的学习。

(2) 抓好教学主阵地

课堂是英语学习的主阵地，也是孩子真正学习知识的场所。抓住课堂的40分钟，孩子才可能扎实的掌握英语知识。因此，本期英语课堂我遵循以下原则:

1)培养孩子的自信心。学习英语的最终目的就是实用英语，也就是说英语，对于起步学习的孩子来说，培养孩子大胆的说英语则是我们首当其冲的任务。每学习一个单词、句子或对话都是先让孩子多听、多说、多练。说的对错都不是最重要的，开口才是学习英语的良好开端。我不想培养一个只会考试的机器，而是希望孩子真正掌握一门语言------那就是大胆、自信说英语。

2)让所有孩子都动起来。每个孩子的性格、基础、品行都不同，有的孩子参与的热情特别高，回答问题非常积极，有的把手举得很高，有的站起来抢着回答，还有的为了回答问题急得嗷嗷叫，还有少部分的孩子不敢举手。但在每节课上我会给所有孩子回答问题和展示自我的机会，做到一个都不能少，让每个孩子的胆量、口语都能得到锻炼。

2、 良好的英语学习习惯的培养

(1) 养成良好的听读习惯， 利用配套磁带坚持做到每晚听英语的习惯，巩固并预习新知。

(2) 养成认读的习惯。要求孩子用手指着所学单词、句子会读。

(3) 养成背诵的习惯。对课本所学的内容进行流利的背诵。达到一个量的积累。

四、 家长配合

咱们家长都很年轻，素质也比较高，而且教育理念新，那么我想咱们对待孩子的英语学习也一定是很关心的。下面我给大家提几点对提高孩子英语水平有帮助的建议。

1. 我们一年级英语书面作业较少，每天的家庭作业就是听磁带、读书、背书，这个作业做了没有，做得怎么样我们也没有办法检查。所以我们家长就是孩子英语作业的监督者，督促孩子多听磁带、多读书，然后对孩子的情况做一简单的小结，签上家长的姓名，到校我们会根据大家的签字给予孩子评价和鼓励。这样孩子在校和在家都能对所学知识进行巩固和复习，长此以往，他的英语兴趣、口语、成绩就都能有所进步。

2、和孩子一起学英语。语文上提倡“亲子共读”,同样英语也可以采用这个办法。和孩子一起学英语，看英语节目，进行简单的英语对话，这都是对英语孩子英语兴趣的培养，这比你买许多的英语学习资料，让孩子自己去学的效果要好得多。不会英语的家长你也不用担心，你还可以让孩子当你的老师，来教你英语，这样孩子在教的过程中又学了一遍，还有一种成功的心理体验。

3.准备一个播放机(待定)和一个家庭作业本

我们现在就得打下良好的英语基础，才不会导致英语越学越难，通过以往对每届学生观察发现很多学生都是在同一起跑线上起跑的，但经过两三年的学习，学生与少数学生之间可能会拉开一定的差距。那相对来说如果刚开始没有用心学好英语，那相对来说，孩子以后会学得很累，将来的英语学习也是不难想象的。

希望我们双方在宝贝们的基础阶段都能多投入一些，家长的重视更会让孩子增加信心，相信您的孩子会给予你更多的回报!

当然了，孩子的教育不单单只是靠一次家长会就能解读的，希望我们可以经常的交流和沟通，相信在我们真诚的携手努力下我们的孩子能够健健康康，快快乐乐的学习和成长!

( )学校有一个非常优秀的英语组， 连续两年被评为长沙市优秀英语组。学校从一年级开始开设英语课程，并在原有基础上每星期加了一个课时，体现学校对于英语这门学科的重视，并，将英语纳入科大附小的特色教学。作为英语教师，我将尽职尽责，通过丰富多彩，形式多样的教学活动等培养孩子们的学习兴趣，并帮助其养成良好的学习习惯。

首先，我来介绍下我们所学习的教材特点，方便您更好的对孩子进行课外辅导。

英语教材并不是像语文，数学那样，有统一的版本，目前就长沙市而言，不同学校选择的教材不一样，我们选用的是由人民教育出版社出版，新起点英语。其中，第一册，也就是本学期学习内容包括六个话题：第一单元的话题是“学校”，第二单元是“身体部分”，第三单元是“动物”，依次类推，共六个话题。每个话题都包含三项学习内容：一项是语音;一项是词汇;一项内容是交际用语。比如，“学校”这个单元，就会有，与“学校”相关的词汇，与“学校”相关的一些句子。学生在学完第一单元后，能听，说，读，背“学校”相关的词句。并且，发音准确，语调自然，表达流畅。

相比较母语而言，英语的学习，没有语言环境，我觉得英语这门学科需要家长更多的关注和投入。

一.什么是“听说读写”

在英语学习中，我们经常讲到“听说读写”，这也是学生需要达到的基本要求。那么，究竟什么是听，什么是说，什么是读，该怎样听，怎样说，怎样读?接下来，我用“一个苹果”来举例，介绍家长在家应该怎样对孩子进行督促和辅导。

1. 听、说

这个过程，我们称之为“听，说”。

在这张PPT中，我们已经去掉图片，要求能把单词读出来。这个过程，称之为“认读”。学生应该具备这种认读能力。

以上就是一个完整的“听说读”的过程，那就是，先认真听，然后说，最后对词句能正确认读。

2. 写 (由于，低年级，以“听说读”为主，暂时不做讲述)

一年级主要以“听说读”作业为主，每次作业的具体要求，请家长要看清楚，督促孩子逐项完成作业。按照这样的方法，一天一天的坚持下来，会逐渐让孩子养成良好的听读习惯。

二.希望家长配合的一些方面

1. 准备一个复读机，点读机，或者录音机。每次作业听说读15分钟左右。在听说读时，孩子一定要“指读”，孩子要把手拿出来指着所听读内容。同时，眼睛要看着，心里一边记忆，做到“手到，心到，口到”。这样的作业才有质量。不要出现，做作业的时候，孩子东张西望，注意力不集中的情况。

2. 认真检查孩子的作业，逐项的检查完成情况，然后签字。签字前，可以问问孩子，这个单词怎么读?这个句子你能说一说吗?

英语对孩子来说是一门全新的语言，因为缺少语言的环境，学起来有难度，请家长多多鼓励孩子，有辅导能力的家长课后有必要对孩子进行辅导，没有辅导能力的家长请监督孩子的学习，你可以要孩子当你的小老师，或者问一问他在学校学到了什么?另外，建议使用点读机，效果比磁带好。(购买点读机时，请带好教材)

说了很多，家长们可能觉得英语学习是一件繁琐的事情，那是因为英语毕竟不是我们的母语，这门学科没有语言环境，课堂上的40分钟的学习是有限的，所以需要依靠课后来巩固知识。这样才能把英语学好。

三. 可能出现的一些问题

1. 有的孩子相对性格比较内向，不太爱表达，在说读英语时，声音很小。作为家长一定要鼓励他大声，吐字清晰。

2. 有的孩子，从前没有接触过英语，在前1-2周仍比较懵懂，请家长不要着急，多和我沟通，按我的要求督促他的学习，一定没有问题的。有的孩子，在幼儿园学过英语，可能觉得一开始某些知识都学过了，作为家长，你可以在家对其进行拔高要求。但是，一定是在完成课内知识的基础之上，学习一些课外知识。

3. 英语的学习是靠一天一天的坚持，一点一滴的累积。需要考验的不仅是孩子的毅力和耐心，同时考验的也是家长。所以，在此我呼吁，请你做一个有恒心，有耐心，有毅力的家长。你的付出一定有回报，你的严格要求一定收获的是喜悦。

特别是到了高年级，由于没有良好的学习习惯，没有坚持每天听读，没有定期复习，做作业时偷工减料，家长忙，也没有关注他的作业。很多孩子英语的能力就这样逐渐下滑，从一年级的100分，到了毕业班的不及格，等发现成绩不理想，家长又开始着急，因为想进名校，要考英语，然后花费大量的时间，精力，经费来补习，花几个月的时间补习六年的缺失的知识，且不说效果，学生通常感觉是疲惫不堪!所以，在此我想再次强调，家长的严格要求，督促，重视，是对于我们老师最给力的配合!

也希望通过我们双方的一起努力，让孩子能养成良好习惯，培养兴趣，从而把这门课学好。

四、良好学习习惯的培养

重视孩子朗读作业的完成。英语学习的初级阶段，一般书写作业较少，大多是一些朗读的作业。朗读作业同样非常重要，完成时一定要让孩子大声的朗读给您听，哪怕您没时间，边做家务边听，也要让孩子读给您听，老师要求读几遍，就必须完成几遍，当然，这个几遍只是一般意义上的，也就是老师感觉读这几遍孩子能记住，能记牢。如果您的孩子不能完全掌握，还可以多读几遍，以孩子能记准记牢为标准。读完后家长签字，要具体签上读了几遍，是否读熟。
