江头朱，系枣市镇西岭村村民，今年58岁，18岁入党，任村支部书记13年，加之副职共从事村基层工作将近30余年。任职期间一心扑在村工作中，为老百姓办实事、谋福利，致力于西岭村的发展。

1、江头朱从2008年当选村支部书记以来,西岭村与原来相比从本质上发生了巨大的变化，可以说村里的变化村民都是有目共睹的。

2、2008年底，在资金缺乏无法硬化村道路的条件下，自己垫付现金六万六千元，将村里一公里沙子路进行水泥硬化，造福村民。

3、为村集体经济挽回了一定的损失，如：村坐落在安仁县境内的山场3000余亩，汪国华任村支部书记时，在2005年以别人的名义仅用4100元承包20年，自己参股其中。但是在2008年江头朱任书记时通过全体党员、干部会议讨论，废除了以前不合理的合同，将山场重新承包给凯利公司等人，使村里获利26万元。在任期间，还将大壁上和界毛龙两块山场的合同废除，使得村里在大壁上山场挽回经济损失4万元，界毛龙山场挽回经济损失8万元。共计为西岭村挽回经济损失近38万元。

4、在他的带领下，修通了一条东岭村与西岭村的环村道路公里。

5、对村部的装修和村里老龄人活动场所的完善，在没有任何上级政府部门出资的情况下村里自筹资金搞好，换了他人想都不敢想更谈不上去做。

6、西岭村是枣市镇偏远村，村民靠农田吃饭，农田水利灌溉尤为重要，江头朱任职期间，很重视村里的水利建设，村小学校门口旁边的防洪堤已经完成一处，大芫二型水库保安工程正准备实施。

7、在村里山权纠纷方面，他是不顾个人家庭安危，同老百姓一起坚持真理，小的方面不计较，大的方面不放弃，就如村里长井里山场的多年纠纷，江头朱好几次为集体利益而牺牲了个人的利益。

8、特别值得我们村民赞扬的是2007年他在没有任职的情况下（1994——2007年一直在外办厂经商），我村遭受水灾，道路和桥梁被冲毁，造成500余村民不能出行，给村民生活带来巨大的困难。在此情况下，他个人出资万余元修建桥梁和道路。2008年他担任村支部书记时，村委会欠债将近20余万元，干部工资无法发放，他本人垫付资金2万余元发放党员、组长工资。2008年年终他发现本村有6个特困户没钱过年，他个人拿出1200元送到每家手里，他们分别是：陈芳林、肖黑六、肖作求、谭运梦、肖牛生、杨羊乃。2009年江头朱发现孤寡老人肖黑六生活异常艰苦，每天甚至只吃两餐的情况下，他个人掏出500元给他买粮食吃。

9、江头朱1986——1994年间担任8年的党支部书记，为西岭村做出了很多公益事业，如：西岭村教学楼的建设，大面积的植树造林，电力设施设备……这些都体现了一个优秀党员为民着想的优秀品质。

综上所述，我们老百姓一致认为他是一个好党员、好干部，是一个为民办实事的好领导。请求各级领导对江头朱从轻处罚。
