I may enjoy playing all kinds of musical instruments in the world. I can also see the animation of many physical phenomena. With its speech output capabilities, Im no longer dependent on an instructor for proper pronunciation.

When I press right keys, I can see and hear whatever I want. Information world is at my fingertip. I wish that true speech input-output system would be invented one day.

Second. Reasons. I found that the traffic management is the most serious problem in the traffic system. In some important crossroads, there are no enough traffic police to do the traffic grooming. It’s irrational. We paid so much taxes, but we cannot comfort what we should get. For example, on the overhead, two cars had made a traffic accident. This leaded the traffic jams. We had not see the traffic police from start to end. It took me nearly 10 minutes on the overhead. It was happened yesterday.

Third. To solve it. What I can advice is just add more traffic polices in the important crossroads. It’s the most useful way to solve the

traffic jams. Because yesterday when we nearly went out the overhead, the speed was increased obviously. We found several traffic polices in the crossroad. They commanded cars and then the traffic went well.

That brings me to the end of my presentation. Let me just run over the key points again. Traffic jams was made by several resources. To solve it, we can depend on the traffic police. But for ourselves, to drive more carefully, more reasonably, maybe is another way to decrease the traffic jams.

1. 确立了适合的教学目标。

通过开学初前两周对这届学生的观察，及所有任课老师的反映，我们就意识到了这届学生比着前几届的学生基础都要差，所以我们对他们的期望值也就降低下来，我把教学目标确立得很低，比如说：原来一个早读要读默一个单元的单词，这届学生我只要求一个早读读默半个单元，原来一节课需要讲两个句型的，我一节课只讲一个句型，只求每天少讲一些，只要他们能学会就行，作业也是只布置一些基础性的作业，连平时我们每个单元的测试也只是默写一些重点词汇和句型，没有考过综合的题，但是没想到要求的低，学生大多数都能完成任务，反而大大增强了他们学习英语的自信心，这是我原来并没有料到的 。

2.建立了良好的师生关系。

学生亲其师，方能信其道，乐其道，才能积极的接受教师传授的知识，提高学习兴趣。在处理与学生的关系上，首先，我从称呼上开始，以前曾经听毛校长在大会上说过一个现象，从小学部转到中学部，小学的老师批评学生时称学生为：“乖”，听起来很亲切，而我们中学老师却总是对学生一脸严肃，用词也很犀利，而小学的六年级和我们的七年级学生年龄最多只有一岁之差，甚至毫无差别，之后我也曾反思过自己的行为，在那之后，我也刻意地效仿过小学老师对学生的称呼，感觉学生被这样叫过之后确实与自己的关系拉近了许多。其次，我现在在批评学生时，比较注意说话的方式，我们老师批评学生都是为了他们好，但有时却不能理解咱对他的好，所以我们要注意自己的批评方式。不仅要收到批评的效果，更要让学生明白你这样做的目的，让他明白你对他的良苦用心。除此之外，我在生活上也尽自己所能去关心和帮助学生，比如学生经常找我给家里打电话，借钱，借东西，我都很热情地帮助他们，学生生病了，多问候一句，有时就是咱们的一句问候让学生与自己的心又近了一步。

还有一点我也觉得很重要，就是微笑，以前我见到很捣蛋的学生，一般我是不会对他们笑的，因为一看到他们就想到他们曾经给我惹下过多大的麻烦，现在再见到这样的学生，我心里想着他们就是一群小屁孩，只是调皮了一些，哪个孩子不出点奇葩事会长大啊，这样想着也就觉得没什么了，所以课下见着他们，也是冲他们微笑一下，他们见我也不躲着我，也很自然得问候我一下。这些行为久而久之也会拉近学生与我们老师的距离。但是我觉得也可能是自己随着年龄的增长，也是一位妈妈，不自觉得变得对孩子更加包容了吧。

3.充分利用学生干部。

我们英语学科知识比较繁琐也比较零碎，对学生的监督只靠老师的单枪匹马是不够的，所以，我从开学初，就注重培养学生干部，课代表不仅要会收发作业，而且要有小老师的风范，老师不在时能独当一面。比如：早自习上，课代表要根据前一天所学布置早读任务，要领读，要对所学进行提问学生，要检查组长的读背情况，并给与评判；在辅导课上，如果讲练习题，更多给予课代表机会让他们为同学们解答；课代表参与英语学科活动的设计；以及应急能力，有一天老师不在学校，自行处理布置作业，打印卷子等一切事务；除此之外，课代表还要会做老师和班级的桥梁纽带，善于与其他学生沟通，并及时向老师反映班级英语学习的心理动向。

小组组长也担任重大责任，一组的英语学习命脉全在组长身上，特别是对于那些没有学习自觉性的学生而言，所以对于组长的培养，也是我教学工作中的一个重要任务。

4.做好备课。

先是集体备课，今年七年级只有张舒贞老师和我，张老师是新毕业的老师，教学思路更加广阔，我工作六年，有一些经验，我们座位相对，可谓中青结合，天时地利，我们经常相互学习，一起探讨每个单元的每节课的上法，甚至小到一个单词的读音的切磋，大到整个学期的的教学计划，我们在共同的讨论中都受益匪浅。除了教学上的相互切磋，我觉得在集备上，我学到更多的是新老师身上的那份工作激情和认真踏实的态度。其次是自己的备课，我的教案，从来都是可以参考以前的备课教案，但从不copy，因为我现在感觉虽然教的课一样，但每一轮教学的经验和心得不同，阅历不同，心情不同，备出的课也会不同，所以我再忙也会抽出时间备好第二天的新课，而且在新授课的教案中，我尤其重视板书的设计，因为板书设计的是否合理，最能体现本节课的重难点和设计本节课的思路，也是学生听完这节课后唯一留下的切切实实的知识载体。

5.抓好早自习，保证读英语的时间。

我们都知道英语缺了读背是万万不可的。我尤其强调学生大声朗读，让学生勇于张嘴读，才能培养学习的自信心。对于现在的七年级学生尤其重要，这届的七年级从开学初就在年级长蒋坤老师和各位班主任的严格监督下养成了良好的早读习惯，所以这次七年级英语获得还不错的成绩，有很大一半还得益于各位班主任老师一学期如一日地早早到班督促学生读书，在这里我也非常感谢我这两个班的班主任老师：郑红莉和杨行老师，每天早读都几乎比我早到，保证了学生读英语的时间。

除此之外，我还要感谢我的几个课代表，因为我的早读任务几乎都是课代表们安排的，他们领读，讲授前一天的知识，提问，监督，为学生的英语学习打下了早读硬仗。

6.注重课堂上活跃的氛围。

首先，老师要有饱满的热情，满怀激情地走进教室，要感染学生，激发学生的情感，使课堂气氛活跃，焕发课堂活力，以达到事半功倍的效果。当然如果一节课一严到底学生会感到很压抑，久而久之便会对你的课堂失去兴趣，从而对这一科失去学习的信心，甚至还会产生抵触的心理，那就根本谈不上学习效果。

本级学生不象我们想象的那样好教。虽然学生的总人数少了，但是差生一点也不少。一个简单知识点重复上无数遍，还是有人学不会。不少学生在英语学习中常常会为单词拼写而苦恼，感觉不得要领。有些同学甚至因为记了又忘，便放弃坚持。为了激发学生学习英语的兴趣，加强英语单词的记忆，丰富学生的词汇量，我们策划了初一英语单词拼写大赛。活动分初赛和决赛两部分。初赛在各班，全员参与，同时进行。初赛内容以梳理词汇，夯实基础为目的。通过初赛，每班选出15人入围决赛。为了发动全体学生，让他们目标明确，积极准备，我们备课组四个人通力合作，在键盘上敲出了100个英语考题。题目全部来自学生的同步训练，而且都是老师讲过的原题。在给学生留充分的时间准备后，决赛得以圆满完成。（为了不打击学生积极性，参赛的学生在餐厅，其他学生在教室同时进行。）非常欣慰和感动的是，我们的小活动得到了校长和包级领导唐老师的大力支持。我们初一英语百词大赛后，最终评选出一等奖24人，二等奖32人，三等奖40人，并隆重对这些学生进行了表彰和奖励。

此次比赛激发了学生对记单词学习的兴趣，使其重视记单词。同时，这也丰富了同学课余文化生活，提高学生的英语综合素质，挖掘他们学习英语的潜力，并为他们提供一个展示自我的机会。

但是，这次活动后，我看到更多的是不足。尽管考题全是做过的原题，可是全级学生没有一个满分，上90分的不足5人，而且参加决赛的同学还有不及格。到底是老师的问题还是学生的问题，值得我们深思。

由于是首次组织，我们还有许多不完善，不成熟的地方，希望得到各位领导老师们的批评指正。我们初一英语组成绩并不好，今后我们将继续学习各位老师的优秀做法，努力提高我们的英语教学。

我校20xx届高中毕业班学生将迎来我省高中新课改后首届新高考。如何使本届英语高考复习教学与高中新课程和新高考的要求顺利接轨，有效提高复习教学质量显得尤为迫切、重要。

一、情况分析

本届学生虽然已经经过两年的高中英语训练，但情况仍不容乐观，基础不够扎实，完形填空，阅读理解，书面表达等综合能力堪忧。本届总人数超过900人，学生的英语水平跨度比较大，所以在对学生全面强化督促的同时，如何抓好基础，强化针对性，有的放矢提高讲和练的方法及效益，成为专项与整体复习中的一大挑战。在备考复习过程中我们要考虑具体情况，充分考虑到不同层次的学生的不同需求，力争让每个学生在知识、能力和应试技巧上均有所提高。

我们高三英语备课组的共9位教师，尽管都带过高三，但是我们这一届是新课程、新高考的第一届高三，所以对于大家来说都是全新的挑战，因此我们还是本着共同学习、共同探讨的原则一起努力带好这届高三。

二、学习《课程标准》、《考试大纲》，把握复习总体方向

面对新高考，老师自己必须“重新学习”，并要加大研究的分量。为做好2009届高三毕业班教学与复习工作，从暑假补课开始，组织高三英语备课组老师认真学习教育部和省教育厅有关文件精神，分析研究近年来先行进行新课程实验的省份高考考试大纲、考试说明和试卷，酝酿、制定英语总复习教学计划。

我省五年来的自行命题，都是严格按照教育部颁布的《考试大纲》和我省出台的《考试说明》要求命题的。

许多老师认识到了考纲的重要性，也习惯了根据考纲来确定复习的重点，认为高考实际上是由考纲指挥的、却总担心课程目标与高考目标不一致，国家2009年高考《考试大纲》、省2009年高考《考试说明》的迟迟不出台，增加了新高考的不确定性，缺少考纲的指挥使大家感到茫然、困惑，担心把握不准复习重点。

如果把新课标看成是一个大圆的话，那么新考纲就是一个中圆，省颁考试说明则是一个小圆，考生答题的范围则应比小圆还小。新考纲、新《考试说明》不可能事无巨细地包罗新课标的方方面面，其基本的原则应是体现新课改精神，尽可能地减轻学校、学生的负担。也就是说，新大纲、新《考试说明》应是在新课标的范围内只做减法，不做加法。

为了避免新高考的不确定性造成老师心里不踏实，从而在教学中对教学内容的盲目加深拓展，无形中加重学生的学习和心理负担。我们应认真学习作为高考命题主要依据的《课程标准》，对语言知识、语言技能目标的要求要做到心中有数，还应把教育部2008年颁布的《新课程标准英语考试大纲》，福建省颁发的《福建省普通高中新课程教学要求》、《福建省高中新课程2009届高三毕业班学科复习教学建议》及先行进行新课程实验的省份的《考试说明》、高考试卷等作为高考复习的重要依据，待国家2009年高考《考试大纲》、省2009年《考试说明》颁布之后，再根据新的要求进行相应的调整。

三、2008年《新课程标准英语考试大纲》与2008年《全国统一考试大纲》比较

为了更好地领悟《课程标准》、《考试大纲》，熟悉命题总体趋势，把握好高考总复习教学重点，我们在暑假期间着重对2008年《全国统一考试大纲》（以下简称旧考纲）和2008年《新课程标准英语考试大纲》（以下简称课标考纲）作了较为详细的对比。相对旧考纲，课标考纲主要有以下变化：

1．课标考纲对考试内容的要求，比旧考纲提高了很多，最突出的是词汇方面的要求，由旧考纲的掌握2000左右增加到掌握3500左右。（《福建省高中新课程2009届高三毕业班学科复习教学建议》明确要求考生能运用约3500个单词和400～500个习惯用语或固定搭配进行理解和表达。）

2．课标考纲不再要求“按标准化测试要求设计”，意味着增加主观题的可能。（《福建省高中新课程2009届高三毕业班学科复习教学建议》明确提出：新高考中“取消短文改错题”、“新题型多以主观题为主，尤其多以填空形式呈现”）

3．课标考纲中没有考试形式与试卷结构和题型示例两部分，意味着赋予自行命题省份更大的自主权，命题省份可能选择一些新题型。（《福建省高中新课程2009届高三毕业班学科复习教学建议》也已表明了出现新题型的趋向）

4.课标考纲附录中的24个语法项目表和《课程标准》所列一致，与旧考纲相比，基本相同，只是有些内容的表述更笼统，所涵盖的范围也就更广。

5．课标考纲附录中增加的7个语音项目表、68个功能意念项目表、和24个话题项目表，均源自《课程标准》。（《课程标准》中对话题项目的列举比课标考纲更为具体详细，更适合作为复习的参照。值得关注的是，新课程教材正是按这些话题项目来编写的；功能意念项目则在教材中Function File等部分的体现。）

6.课标考纲对写作能力要求提高，要求学生学会构思和谋篇布局，考查符合学生认知水平且具有一定开放性的写作任务。各省、市新高考也表现出了写作由控制性向半开放或开放性过渡特点，与此相应，增加了对词数的要求，由100个词左右增加到120至150个词左右。并且，“发表自己观点”等开放性要点在评分标准中分值较其它要点高。

7.在阅读方面，《课程标准》提高了对阅读能力要求，要求加强提高阅读速度，力求每分钟阅读词数达到65～70之间。

总之，课标考纲突出体现了新课标的能力培养要求，比旧考纲要求提高了很多，主要反映在词汇、能力和题型变化三方面。不少省、市新高考出现了新题型。但是，不管考试的形式和内容如何变化，都是万变不离其宗，老师如果按照新课改理念去教学、去复习，培养学生掌握了新课程要求具备的素质和能力，就可打消疑虑，根本不用担心。

四、提高本学科复习教学效率须确实做好的几个方面

（一）正确把握教学“指挥棒”，理清教材与课程标准的关系。

《英语课程标准》就是教学的依据，是教学的“指挥棒”。教材编写是在课程标准的框架下完成的,教师的任务就是以教材为依托，把握教学要求，努力使学生达到课标规定的要求。教师应根据教学要求，精心备课，整体把握教材，并准确理解每单元的教学内容，合理取舍、调整单元内教学内容，来满足教学实际的需要，从而确保复习教学的有效性。

一、如何备课

集体备课是一个用于讨论和研究教学最集中的时间，我们应该积极的参与进来，充分利用这个平台吸取教学经验，要想使集体备课对自己的实际教学产生实效作用，我们要学会做有心人，自己认真备课上课的同时，在课后及时将课堂上觉得别扭的环节，败笔记录下来，在集体备课时提出来，互相切磋讨论，往往会有很大的收获。同时，也将自己上课时精彩的成功之处记录下来，与老师们共享。另外，我认为，集体备课可以从每周的集中备课时间辐射到平时每天的教学中。例如，我们初二英语组的老师们都坐在一个办公室，每天新课前我们都会自由的讨论要上的这节新课该怎么导入好，如何突破重难点，哪些环节可以整合，哪些环节可以删除；课后我们也会讨论今天这节课哪个环节处理的不好，学生哪里出现问题，该如何解决，这样的“集体备课”显得更及时更有效，实践证明我们的这种形式也是可取的，效果也是不错的。

取得进步最快最好的方式就是学习，学习别人的经验，把握正确的方向，少走弯路。所以我们在积极参与校内集体备课的同时还要积极的参加区甚至市的教研活动，及时把握新的教学动态，教学信息，在此，我也希望借此机会代表老师们恳请我们的教研员韩老师更给我们争取更多的机会，去听一听学一学别人的方法，观摩市级甚至省级公开课或者比赛课的机会，扩大自己的视野，不断更新观念，跟上新形势，提高教学效率。谢谢了！

二、对于怎么上课

1、上课精神要饱满

其实我们每个老师都会有自己特有的风格和性格，有的严谨，有的幽默，有的温和，有的热情，无论你属于怎样的性格，如果能够充分贴切的将自己的性格融汇到课堂教学中，那就会成为你特有的教学风格，而一个有个性、与众不同的老师往往能够吸引学生和带动学生。

就我本人而言，我是一个性格比较开朗的人，大学时也有一些表演的课程和经验，所以我习惯将课堂作为一个表演的舞台，只要走进教室，就会显得精神饱满，充满热情，教学各个环节一般都设计的非常紧凑，教学过程中，我会不时地随机点学生回答问题，迫使学生注意力集中。

2、始终坚持扎实课本，背记内容尽量在课堂完成。

英语在所有科目中有其特殊性，背记内容特别多，单词要背，对话要背，课文要背，天天都有背的任务，如果“背”成为学生害怕和头疼的事，那很难让学生保持对英语的学习热情。因此，我们尽量将要背的内容在课堂上完成，在新课完成后，趁热打铁，给他时间，给他方法，跟学生一起背。学生能在短时间内根据板书的提示信息背出当天新学内容时，背诵不仅不会成为负担，相反这种成就感能够激励学生提高上课效率更专注于课堂。

3、适当调节课堂气氛

英语是一门语言科目，不仅要求学生能静得下来，更需要学生能动的起来。如果课堂气氛过于严肃，那么当老师需要他们活跃时，学生会显得没有热情配合，设计的活动环节也会显得生硬不自然。所以，我上课时，会偶尔跟学生开开玩笑，插入一点点题外话，或让学生做游戏、表演等等，调节一下课堂气氛，保持课堂氛围既紧凑又轻松。

三、对于落实

1、在于课堂

背记内容在课堂上就尽量使学生背会六、七成，这一点在如何上课中已经提到，另外，新课的教学中，我们主张尽量慢一点，我发现学生中有预习习惯或者完成预习作业的是极少数，在这种情况下，如果新课速度快的话，学生会出现吃不消的现象，即使做很多习题也很难弥补基础知识不扎实的缺陷。

2、落实听写、背诵和作业

英语学科，即使老师课堂教学再出色，单词课文的背记如果不落实，还是很难出成绩，这一点是我们老师们的共识，也是最辛苦和让人无奈的事。我认为落实是必要的，但是老师也要适当的将自己解放出来，下放权利。

在我所带的班级中，我会挑选三个成绩优秀、细心、又有责任感的学生担当外语课代表，一个主管听写过关，一个主管背诵过关，一个主管作业订正。

我坚持每个早自习听写，有专门的听写本，听写后，由听写课代表登记每个人的等级，督促不过关的人抄写并再次过关错误的单词。

每天都有背诵的任务，每个学生首先到各组的英语小组长处过关，小组长到课代表处过关，课代表到我这里过关，背诵课代表登记并督促各组过关情况。

作业课代表每天负责作业的收发，并且登记作业不合格的人名单，课下或中自习时督促学生订正。每个星期固定一天总结一周的听写，背诵和作业情况，对于坚持不过关的人，一方面留校辅导过关，另一方面要通知家长，通报学习情况。

3、发动家长

英语是一个长期又艰巨的工程，一个老师面对上百号学生，要想面面俱到常常会觉得心有余而力不足。因此，我认为一定要发动家长，让家长来帮助我们督促孩子背单词。我们的方法是，让家长每天在家庭作业本上听写25个单词，家长报汉语，孩子写英语，这25个单词中首先包括当天的新单词，其他的由家长有计划的反复听写以前学过的单词，听写完后要用红笔改，并要孩子订正错的单词。然后签字。这样一来，家长通过听写也就了解了孩子学习英语的情况，也不会过高估计自己孩子的能力。从上一届学生和本届学生的情况来看，发动家长报听写这一点是很有效的方法，的确减轻了英语老师很多负担。

以上是我们的一些具体做法，没有很新很特别的，最主要的还是依靠老师们的精诚合作，埋头潜心教学，重在落实。我认为，每个学校每个老师面对的班级或者学生层次、个性都不同，教无定法，只要对症下药定会取得良好效果的。

二轮复习的目标和任务是在一轮复习完成知识积累和储备的基础上进行知识的输出和应用，通过大量的习题训练来培养学生科学的答题技巧，提高学生解题的准确性和应试的技巧，最终提高英语成绩。二轮复习任务的完成先要要以专题的形式进行展开，各个击破，同时进行及时的综合训练。二轮复习的过程中，我们给学生做了思想工作，使学生具备一定的吃苦精神和学习自觉性，确保学生及时完成训练量，并积极去思考和总结，调整自己的答题思路，提炼适合自己的做题方法，提高准确率，关键就是一个“悟”字。二轮复习的任务和效果几乎完全是以学生的积极参与和落实为依托的，因此老师们用精炼的语言对学生进行及时的鼓励和科学指导，引导学生积极去做题训练，积极的思考和体会适合自己的有效解题方法。老师的讲解适时，精准和有效，多引导学生去“悟”，提高答题的准确率。通过大量训练，是学生养成规范的答题技巧尤为重要。

二轮复习中，根据级部安排，我们要进行到5月中旬，大约有两个月的时间。在这两个月的时间里，我们要完成听力、单选、完型、阅读理解、阅读表达和书面表达等专题的复习。为了统一二轮复习的思想，我搜集了各方面的信息，经过筛选，制作了各个专题的复习课件供老师们使用，使用之后，组里的老师都反映效果很好。完成专题后，我们进行一段时期的综合能力的集中训练。这期间，我们一直坚持组织了周测和周测试题的讲评二轮复习中我们重视给学生反复的呈现一轮复习中的重要知识点。一轮复习过去的时间比较长了，学生难免对一些重要的知识点和语法点有遗忘。所以，我们在课上解答学生问题的时候，以单选题的讲解为线索，及时联系所复习过的重点知识点。这时候老师要多引导学生去回忆重要知识点，多给学生创设重现重要知识点的机会；老师要主动的帮助学生去整理和升华要点，举一反三，指导学生去应用。

三、三轮复习。

我们群策群力，结合学生学习实际，认真编制了考前指导材料，根据级部统一安排完成对学生的考前指导，进一步回扣基础知识和提高综合的答题能力。在一周三次的强化训练中，认真选题，认真阅卷和分析，并针对性的对学生进行指导，根据级部的具体安排搞好查漏补缺工作。

6月7日晚上，高三英语组全体老师站好高考前的最后一班岗，对学生进行考前的心理安慰工作和考前指导工作，帮助学生缓解压力，增强信心，答疑解惑，保证明天英语考试的正常发挥。

四、备考中的几个问题。

1、关于词汇。我们对考纲词汇进行了多播此全方位的巩固和强化。早在高一和高二时，我们就利用寒暑假把3500词汇分解，给学生布置了词汇背诵任务，并且进行了过关。平时，我们利用早自习时间，给学生布置词汇记忆任务，利用课堂时间进行听写。利用听力后的几分钟，反复给学生播放课文中的词汇，来强化记忆。二轮复习期间，我们整理了1000基本词汇，对重点词汇进行了词汇意义的扩展和词汇用法的深挖。可以说，我们对词汇进行的层层递进的比较彻底的复习。

2、关于语法。我们对语法进行了三轮复习。第一轮是在新授课期间，根据课本编排，对语法进行了基本的讲解。第二轮是在一轮复习阶段，对语法项目进行了突出重点和深挖，与高考题相结合。第三轮是在二轮复习的专项部分。我们对语法进行了体系的构建，大专题的语法专项训练，引导学生从宏观和更高的角度来理解和掌握语法。

3、关于阅读。我们始终重视阅读。从一轮复习开始，我们做到每天给学生布置两篇阅读理解或者一篇完形填空，并及时检查。每个周末，给学生布置四篇阅读理解，限时35分钟完成。另外，我们给学生定了高中版的21世纪报来加大阅读量。对于21世纪报，我们尽量让学生来自己读自己感兴趣的文章，老师只是指定其中的4篇来进行训练。

4、关于写作。我们今年备考的特点是考试安排的多，每周至少考一次。我们利用好这些考试，每次考试的作文形式都不同，强调学生认真去写各种题材的作文。我们非常重视作文的批改，面批与学生之间的互批以及老师的全批全改相结合。到二轮专题时，我们对书面表达进行了提炼，从书写卷面、内容字数、语言以及行文四个方面给学生明确了写作的要求和技巧，并对高考可能考到的作文形式进行了重点训练。三轮复习中，我们根本没有对高考作文进行猜题和押题。因为根据外出学习的结果以及我们的经验，英语高考作文不会考察热点。

初上九年级，我们都会通读教材，解读《新课标》、《中考说明》和《中考词汇表》，并对近几年来的中考题进行分析，可能的话，也分析一下四月和五月调考卷，做到心中有数，这样对中考的标高会有一个比较准确的了解，平时的练习和讲解就会有的放矢，重点突出。我记得当我20xx年第一次带九年级时，就是对它们的解读和练习手边的几套习题册帮助我很快进入状态，那一年，我所带的那个班的英语成绩就在全区排名第一。如今我们都是带了几界九年级的老教师了，但对于中考走向的分析仍是我们学习讨论的内容。

其次，备课组成员高度合作。

在乌中，我们九年级老师所追求的，是全区的排名，是是否已经让学生达到了他应该有的样子，所以我们的关系是十分融洽的。实质性的集体备课是经常的，讨论学情，讨论教法，讨论效果，讨论班上的个性难题。这种和谐一直在乌中延续着，使我们凭集体的智慧更轻松稳健地携手并进。

第三、在班上创造一个民主和谐的氛围。

教师要严而有度，我用言行让学生知道我们为他们好，为他们着想，可以很亲近地跟我谈论问题。所以，学生们一般都认可我、接纳我、喜欢我，但又并不觉得我好欺负，所谓“亲其师，信其道”也。

第四、要善用鼓励。

在学习中，肯定、表彰、激励学生的学习成绩和进步，学生会产生成就感。对一些后进生，我在保护学生自尊心的前提下，常用关注的眼神、期待的语言点明、校正学生学习中的不足和缺失，激发他们的上进心。而当编对话中出现精彩的创意、书面表达出现完美的佳作、检测中学生出现明显的进步时，我大肆地表扬。当某人在练习中书写认真，在听写中比上次多写对几个单词时，我也不忘在旁边写上“有进步！期待更好！”等语言。适时和恰当的激励显示了我对学生的尊重和关注，会激发他们前进的动力。下面我再来谈谈我们在教学中的一些做法。

我们的做法是，在新授阶段，稳扎稳打，兼顾复习旧知和拓展新知。在复习阶段，系统整理和全面归纳，练讲为主，并注意调整学生学习状态。整学年中，听说读写贯穿始终，基础知识的掌握和能力的提高贯穿始终。关于复习，我觉得去年教研室所印发的《复习备考意见》写得相当不错，我们也是在循着他们的足迹在走，今天就不赘述了。现在，我仅谈谈我们在新授阶段的一些做法和想法。

1、利用好教材，打下牢固的知识基础。

教材是一个很好的知识载体，所以要好好利用。每上一节课，我们都设定明确的教学目标。我想让学生学什么，学到什么程度，如何实施，可能碰到什么难题，如何去解决等等都要想清楚，而不是脚踩西瓜皮，滑到哪里是哪里。如果是重要的句型，我会让学生大量操练，如果是重要的知识点，我将它讲实讲透。如果是繁难的文章或段落，我也可能全文翻译。如果我觉得意义不大，我会大胆地舍弃或一句带过。我们经常对教学内容加工、重组，提取文本中的精华，使之更精练，更符合我们学生的需要。在重要的地方，我们舍得花时间，愿意想出尽可能深入浅出的方式让学生理解和掌握。只要我们落到实处，我们不担心学生不会，不担心学生学不好。我从不认为只要我讲了，会不会是学生的事。我的所有课堂活动都为我的目标达成努力。有些东西如果一遍学生没弄懂，我就要变换形式讲第二遍、第三遍。例如only加状语放句首，主句应采用部分倒装这个语言点，我就讲过三次。

2、注意复习和拓展，减轻复习阶段的压力。

新授阶段我经常进行复习和拓展。比如，学习breakoff时，我复习breaktherule，拓展breakout，学习spare作为“空闲的”这种意思时，我拓展它作为形容词，有“备用的”的意思，作为动词有“抽出时间”的意思，并用举例予以进一步说明。有一些词，在意义上或用法上有相同和不同的地方，我就引导学生辨析，如injure和hurt，expect和hope，receive和accept等等。当然，这种复习和拓展也常在课外阅读训练中进行，在语境中理解是一个很好契机，学生会很深刻。重要知识点我要学生做上笔记，经常复习，以提高他们做单选、完形的得分率，并减轻后阶段复习的难度。

3、处理好练习和检测，突出重点和难点。

我们目前发的资料有几本，《练习册》、《中学生英语评价与测试》、《新观察》。因为时间紧，学生不可能每题都做，那么我们一定会先做，然后精选部分题目让学生练习。教师批改后，找些共性的问题全班讲解，个性问题在课堂上留给学生一定时间，让他们自己解决或寻求同学或教师帮助。对于检测，我发现，全张试卷从头到尾的讲，学生并不爱听。那么，我经常发了试卷后，给他们时间自己思考、自己讨论、自己更正答案。我常给他们15分钟讨论、更正试卷上的问题。我班上的42个学生，可以在此刻跑到教室的任何一个地方，询问他愿意问的人。有人说，会不会有人趁机谈笑玩耍呢？会的。所以我注意观察。在讨论结束，我就故意点他起来问他弄懂了什么，没有弄懂什么，那么下次他会有所顾忌、有所收敛。如果讨论后他们仍有问题不能解决，那么他们可以向我提问。这时，他们的提问会是那些共性的难题。我就引导、启发、讲解。他们自己提出的问题，自己会听得很认真。这样，他们在掌握知识的同时也培养了思考能力和质疑能力，何乐而不为呢？但是，在此之前，我必须做足功夫，看学生错了哪些题，猜测为什么会有这样的错误，如何讲解。唯有如此，我才能在面对学生时从容不迫地答疑，才能让学生信服。

4、重视学生思维的过程，向阅读训练课要效果。

九年级的资料中有相当一部分的完形是很有难度的，很多学生读不下去，不想读。每隔一段时间，我会找一篇这样的完形，一节课时间，限时完成并讲解。我在黑板上画上纵横各16条线，找15名同学板书他们的名字和各题答案后，我引导学生思考分析，同时请两个同学上去批改，我讲完了，他们也改完了，各个同学的分数也出来了。这样的效果非常好。

因为他们很紧张自己在同学眼中的位置，所以很认真地做，很认真地听。讲解时他们的思维非常活跃，尤其当我引导他们一步步接近正确答案时，他们或微笑或遗憾或欢呼或叹息，有时还会向我提出质疑。一篇完形得分的高低是次要的，重要的是他们认真地做了，听讲了，思考了，或多或少知道怎么去做题了。因此，我的学生在训练一定阶段之后，完形常常有很大的进步，有不少的学生会很期待有一定难度的完形，他们觉得做好完形有成就感。

阅读理解的训练中，我重视对文本的深层解读，常进行人生观和价值观的渗透，并用自己的言行感染他们。我觉得，正确的人生观和价值观会帮助学生理解和解答部分阅读题目。我又觉得，英语的文章有时也需要像语文一样，引导学生从字里行间理解弦外之音话外之意，从语言、动作里揣摩人物的内心世界，理解人物以理解主旨。我引导学生对哲理性的和抒情性文字进行翻译，让学生结合实际生活和经验进行理解。我记得有一篇完形，讲的是一个老年妇女提着重重的袋子走路，气喘吁吁，就停下来手撑着我的车休息，发现车里有人，马上将手拿开，我递给她一瓶水，她摇头走开了。接着她又走回来，坐到我车上，接过我的水，递给我一个香蕉，我们吃着喝着微笑着。文章最后加了一段学生看不懂的抒情。学生做完后，有一个学生就叫起来，“老师，这篇文章好无聊呀。”果真无聊吗？我引导学生分析文中的“我”为什么要坐着不动？“我”会怎么想？老人为什么在发现车里有人后立即将手拿开？她可能怎么想？为什么她在走开后又拎着重重的袋子转回来？真如一位同学所说的去买香蕉换那瓶水吗？通过对人物言行的揣摩，学生终于清楚了文中的两个是怎样的人。他们恍然大悟：“哦，文章想传达的是生活中点滴的为他人着想的善意呀。”他们也通过翻译明白了文末的抒情性的语言是什么意思。然后他们他们谈了生活中类似的事情，感触很深。这样，我预期的教学目标就达到了。

我也对学生不理解的长句难句进行讲解。为了使效果更好，我将那些句子板书到黑板上，利用容易理解的符号进行分析。我有时会让学生做上笔记，经常复习，以便举一反三。这样做的好处是，部分尖子生理解英语难句的能力特别强。

我还经常将Reading和阅读训练结合起来。因为单纯的翻译和知识点讲解会让学生很乏味。我就自己设计一些由浅到深的问题。浅的问题可以从书中找到答案，深的需要整合整个文章内容，甚至需要加入自己的生活体验。我可以像中考出题一样，出一两个词汇猜测题，出一两个细节判断题，出一个推断题，或者出几个句子翻译。教学中学生常因为争论激起的思维火花，在心中留下深刻的痕迹。

在阅读过程中，我们常常需要启动、激活、优化学生的思维过程，包括调动学生的形象思维、逻辑思维、发散思维以及多种思维方式的相互协同，从而产生事半功倍的效果。

5、善待书面表达，让语言臻于完美。

书面表达也是可以拉分的。除了要点齐全，句子正确，书写整洁外，我也指导有关的写作技巧。如结构的安排，开头和结尾可以怎样写，中间怎样过渡和衔接，怎样采用不同的句式使文章更有文采等等。学生很期待的批改和评讲。我班的书面表达一般在单元检测中进行。我会精批细改，旁边有更正和批语已经司空见惯。如果看到有两个“F”他们更期待，因为那意味着我会跟他们face—to—face地批改了。作文讲评常常会花费一节课或大半节课时间。评讲分四步：首先让学生修改他们作文中一些常见的共性的病句，接着评析中等生的作文一至两篇，从文章结构，语句，文采等方面引导学生分析，根据中考标准评分。然后赏析一些学生写的美词佳句，最后读几篇学生的佳作让学生欣赏，让他们谈论哪里写得好，为什么好。整个课堂学生很专注，因为评析的是他们的东西，他们会深刻地理解他们存在的问题，学习规范正确地表达。他们也会因为自己的佳句和佳作而更加自信，努力写出结构合理，行文流畅，有文采的短文来。我的很多学生会将文章写得比范文还要好。

另外，我也用比较枯燥的常规来巩固成果。我的常规实际就是几乎每天一次的听写和每单元一次的默写，包括单词、词组和部分句子。这个很多学校都在做。我不再罗嗦。

对于听力，我们最常用的是在重听时，对经典对话中的重要信息挖空，让学生填，我感觉效果不错。

我觉得，不管教学什么内容，以什么形式进行，它的中心都应围绕中考，围绕学生听说读写综合能力的提高。“教学有法，教无定法，贵在得法”，针对学情，针对教师本人的具体情况，我们尽量扬长补短，优化我们的教学，为我们的最终目标努力着，并会一如既往地努力下去。

为了在复习中把握住方向，我们认真学习了考试大纲和湖北省的考试补充说明，明确了双纲对听、读、写等的具体要求，并悉心听取教研室的指导与建议，密切关注07高考的动向。在第一轮复习结束后，我们认真分析了一轮复习效益检测试卷的整体和分项情况以及学生当前的学习状态，确定了二轮复习具体方案和各专项训练的力度。具体来说，二轮复习我们按照高考题型结构，有计划对听力、单选、完成句子、完型填空、阅读及写作等题型进行专门的训练。重点放在对学生解题方法的指导，从而提高学生自己分析问题，解决问题的能力，力求使学生在一轮复习的基础上建立起完整的知识体系，实现由语言知识到语言应用能力的转化，最终提高学生做题的准确率和熟练程度。

在二轮专题复习整个过程中，我们一贯坚持以教育科研为先导，以教案、学案为落点，通过集体备课来撞击集体智慧的火花。在具体实施集体备课时，我们一直坚持‘个人主备、集体讨论、个性修改’的原则。而对于专题的分工则根据组内各位老师的特长来确定，以求达到最佳效益。每项专题集体备课的材料由三个部分组成：教师的教案，学生的学案和精选的练习。教师的教案侧重于高考各题型命题特点，考查热点，试题分析，学生现状分析和解题指导；学生的学案侧重于试题分析和解题方法与技巧的归纳总结，练习的选择要求是重视

实用性，灵活性比较强以及能力型的题目，训练重点是中档难度的题目。为了扎扎实实做好集体备课的每一个环节，我们制定出每周的复习计划，做到人人心中有数，有备而战。严格把关教案、学案和周考试卷质量，共同讨论不厌其烦地修改，然而再印发给学生。

听力方面，除了每周二，周五的课外听力训练外，还保证每周课堂上不少于两节的课堂听力训练，而材料的选择力求以高考的难易程度为标准。高考阅读理解能力的考查分值占全卷的一半以上。阅读理解能力的提高，既可以帮助学生顺利地解答阅读理解题，也有助于解答完形填空。通过阅读理解训练，学生既可以巩固和加强各项英语基础知识，又可以学习到许多英语表达的方法和技巧，这些又是书面表达的基础。所以我们在英语复习的整个过程中，始终以培养和提高阅读理解能力为中心，有计划地对学生进行了大量的阅读和完形的训练，特别在二轮复习里。除了周练，我们还定期在课上进行限时阅读训练。选材时，我们根据近几年的高考试题特点，选择内容真实，语篇结构较为复杂，有较大的阅读量与信息量的材料，争取所选材料包括各种题材和体裁。书面表达复习方面，我们的做法是：每周写一篇，精选体裁及题目，精讲写作技巧，强调书写的重要性，扎扎实实地练好每一篇作文。并且每次作文训练都会选出各班的优秀作文加以点评，印发给学生学习。同时特别强化了高考新题型完成句子题的训练。通过强化训练使学生认识和熟悉了新题型，不再觉得那么畏惧和困惑，并且有了一定的提高。整个二轮复习在进行这些专题复习的同时，我们适时掺入适量的模拟训练，同时搞好信息反馈，帮助学生及时查漏补缺。

后期工作设想：

1）加强集体备课，落实好每位高三英语任课教师的拼题和精选试题的工作。

2）上好试卷讲评课，每次综合训练后，针对学生存在问题，设计一份专项训练题，时间一课时，内容重在基础知识的训练，主要项目建议为单选，完成句子和书面表达题。

3）早日组织学生定时定量进行回头看，即看课本、看已做过的练习和试题集，看自己的错题集等，并教会学生看的方法和技巧。要将看的重点放在基础知识题上。

4）组织学生定时定量地背一些句型和不规则动词的过去式和过去分词，解决学生在书面表达中常用动词写错的问题。

5）严格进行限时模拟训练，教师在监考时要了解不同学生在答题时所耗时间，遇到棘手的难题时采取的策略，涂卡时是否细心、准确等情况，帮助学生总结考试的经验，保证学生在高考规定的时间内，先将有把握的分拿到手。

6）五月下旬，适当降低练习的难度，增强学生的自信心，使他们保持良好的应试心态，迎接高考。

7）协助各班班主任做好学生的考前心理辅导工作。

2.坚持相互听评课制度

进入高三，增加了5位补习班教师，又对教师结构进行一定的优化，教师年龄层次形成了老中青三代并肩战斗的局面。因此，在高三一开学，备课组就明确提出了“老带新，新促老”的工作思路。首先，继续在备课组开展卓有成效的“青蓝工程”。重新将4名新教师分配给富有经验同时教学效果显著的老教师指导，并签定师徒协议合同。要求每个新教师每周至少听指导教师2节课，指导教师每学期至少抽查被指导教师15节课，并作好详细的听课记载和课后交流，定期检查。通过这样的师徒结对帮助新教师能顺利完成高三教学工作。工程从签定师徒协议到后期效果评估，都有一套非常完善的体系，目的就是促进新教师成长。

其次，在组内开展教学研究周活动。研究周期间，要求凡有高级职称的教师都必须上一节公开课，备课组长上一节复习示范课，然后在组内对课堂教学进行讨论。

虽然我们全组教师人数多，年龄跨度大，但是却在工作中形成了很强的团队合作力，新教师虚心请教，踏实努力，老教师乐于指导，且不固步自封，善于反思，不断进取之风在全组越刮越盛，也正是这样群策群力齐作战的团结精神为我们的教学工作提供了很好的保障。

（二）抓课堂，提效率，精讲精练效果显。

现在的学生时间已经被挤占得所剩无几，如果再在抢时间上做文章难免不切实际而且效果很差。在“题海战术”已经到处疯狂蔓延的形势下，备课组开学初就提出了“决胜课堂”的口号。要求教师聚焦课堂，提高课堂效率，提高练习水平，真正做到精讲精练，为学生争取更多的自主学习的时间。

针对有些老师满堂灌，课堂效率低下的问题，备课组加强了对备课质量和作业批改情况的检查。要求教师备课务必重难点突出，控制知识点个数，控制讲课的题量。尽量让学生多操作。同时加强对上课质量的随机抽查，让上课准备不充分的现象在我们年级杜绝，真正做到向课堂要质量。

（三）同进度，同测验，集体备课是关键。

集体备课是全组教学工作的重中之重。为了能让集体备课真正发挥作用，也同样制定了一系列的措施。

首先要求补习班、应届文科、理科班分别都必须做到进度统一，不允许任何人超前和拖后。而每周的教学进度都由集体备课统一规定。这样便于练习与考试的针对性。所有考试都必须统一进行，不能自作主张，并统一批改，要求头天的考试学生第二天必须得到返还的成绩。正是这种统一的测验更能体现出各个班级在各个阶段表现出来的不同状态，对我们的教学有很好的比较作用。

每周一的教研活动都由一个教师上一节公开课，要求所选课题要对接下来的这一周的教学工作有一定的指导意义。课后便是评课时间，而这个工作如果水了就会一点效果也没有。我们备课组却有着相当浓厚的评课氛围。先由上课教师对本周进度、教学重、难点、典型例题、教学注意事项进行阐述，然后再由其他老师依次对课堂进行点评，发表各自的意见和看法，最终形成统一的教学要求。我们的整个教学水平都得宜于这种务实的集体备课活动。

（四）划层次，定标高，周练强化同发展。

针对全年级从应届到往届，从普通班到实验班学生构成有很大差异这一情况，我们本着对每个学生负责，让尽量多的学生取得好成绩的想法，将全年级的定时练习分成三个层次：理科实验班与理科补习班；理科普通班与文科实验班；文科普通班。分别印制三份试卷。题型：632共11个小题，时间为50分钟。将所有老师分成三个组，分别由一个有经验的老教师担任组长，在周一教研会上分别研究考试内容与难度控制。

每次的练习，都先由不同的老师命出各个层次要求的不同题目，然后在备课组长处进行汇总，将不同老师出的题进行一定的整合，这样就能很好的把握不同层次的不同标高，命题也就更注重了针对性，也有一定的差异性，练习效果也是非常不错的。

（五）钻考题，抓考点，题库建设成亮点。

在本学期一开学，学校就组织了高三教师做今年高考题的活动。通过这样的途径促进教师能够去钻研考题。尤其是自主命题的实施，更让我们教师重视对高考命题的研究。老师们通过对高考题的亲自操作和主动研究，进一步明确了高考的要求和方向，抓住了高考的考点，为我们的教学提供了更为明确的思路。

在研究考题的同时，我们还在学校的统一指挥调度下，开始了泸县二中题库建设，将我们平时的所有练习都搜集到的题库中，各年级之间资源共享。为以后的教学提供更为详尽和实用的习题。

总而言之，我们的工作方法并没有多少过人之处，而关键是我们以“落实”作为标准，要求每一件事情都做到实处，不走形式，不说大话，必须步调一致，一切都踏踏实实的'进行，也只有这样才能让我们的高三教学取得真正令人满意的效果。

对于特长生这一阶段的复习，我校依然采取词汇复习加专项的方式。首先，我介绍一下我校特长生词汇复习的相关情况：

我们教师通过集体备课，结合考试说明以及高考题的常用词汇，高频词汇，把考纲词汇进行分类整理，精选出1400个词汇和短语，共编制了69个文本，每个文本包含20个词汇。给大家看一下我们的教学安排，结合赵老师给我们的一些建议，我们有在原有计划安排的基础上进行了一些调整。大体可分为四个小阶段，从开始，到止，重点处理这69个文本，连排课的时候，我们安排一节词汇复习课，一节专项复习课，专用自习我们进行的也是词汇复习。第二个小阶段，是对前段词汇复习的再次处理，重点对名词、动词、形容词、副词以及有关冠词介词的重点搭配的复习，主要考虑到实词的重要性。这个小阶段，鉴于阅读的重要性，我们穿插了阅读限时训练。第三个小阶段，按照我校统一安排，学校计划给音体美特长生半个月的时间进行套题训练，我们总共安排了4套，期间试题讲评、查漏补缺，既针对套题训练中的暴漏出来的问题，又安排了针对考纲词汇的再次复习，我们结合套题训练中听力、阅读、完型、语法填空乃至书面表达中的出现的高频词汇进行再次筛选，加以巩固。第四个阶段，就是保温训练和最后一讲。这样安排的最终目的就是通过不断地反复，让学生最大限度的掌握所学词汇，以促学生能力的提升。

下面，我给大家展示一下我们词汇复习具体情况。上课前10分钟左右的时间，把事先总结出的需要重点掌握的词汇呈现给学生，进行重点记忆，包括英汉互译、词性、拼写、意思，乃至重点用法，一些词的重点用法我们尽可能以短语的形式呈现给学生，让学生反复背诵记忆，再进行全面检查。其他的词只要求学生在阅读中能够理解意义就可以了。然后是巩固训练，巩固训练本着讲啥练啥，学一得一的原则，以期达到较好的复习效果。

因为这个阶段我们穿插的专项是书面表达，那么我就前两课时给大家解读一下。第一课时，五种基本句式。导入部分是期末考试优秀作文欣赏，目的是让学生清楚什么样的文章才能拿高分，树立标杆，学生讨论，发表意见，让其确定努力的方向。然后对五种句式分解指导，让其形成正确至上，结构至上的概念。强化训练是高考作文。教师予以指导，先审题，确定人称和时态，然后提炼要点，形成10句左右的汉语语句表达，再要求学生恰当选择五种基本句式进行转译，进行简单的写作，最后给学生尽可能多的机会展示，并当堂批改，最终让学生落脚高考。第二课时，是在简单实用的基础上，让学生尝试使用高级句式，本节课主要让学生掌握6个句式，易于上手，然后进行立体式训练，加以巩固，最后提升训练，对上一课时高考作文进行再写，鼓励同境迁移，学以致用，不断进步。写作的过程分布指导，让学生把要点升级，使句子更丰满，然后分析单句间关系，整合表达，引入高级句式，在习作展示，讨论批阅。总之，特长生的复习千头万绪，时间紧，任务重，疑问多多，困难重重，希望大家真诚沟通，倾心交流，多提宝贵意见，谢谢！

从成绩上看，我们班的学生两级分化特别严重，这也可能是我们小地方学校的普遍的问题。我们班的毕业成绩除了几个看得还将就的同学，60分——80分的直接断层——一个都没有，很可悲。所以如果看平均分的话，这个成绩很不理想。我是从初二接的这个班，当时就可以看出两级分化的趋势，随着学习内容的增多，分化就更严重，到初三简直就感觉是，能学的在学，不能学的几乎就自暴自弃了。甚至连平时的作业都懒得做不愿教，对于这类的学生，开始我有耐心劝导他们，慢慢的我也就放弃了。最后就十多二十个交作业。俗话说：一个好老师不应该放弃任何一个学生，我没有做到，所以我还必须努力。不知道老师们是否有什么高招可以传授一二？

在教学方面，我没有什么经验，所以真的就是凭着自己的感觉走。成绩好的同学，一旦讲了什么内容，他们很快就能掌握，所以很多时候他们觉得老师就跟西游记里的唐僧差不多，只是我比他年轻些，还是个女的。而我又不能只顾他们少数人的感受，所以就一锅端——简单的，难得，我知道的，我查到的，我在培训当中学习到的与考试内容有关的，我都讲，看起来似乎没有重点，我就给他们说全都是重点，只有出题人才知道具体要考哪些，所以没有重点，能掌握多少就掌握多少！

另外上初三的课，我觉得既是一种挑战也是一种煎熬，为什么这么说呢？我们学校的学生一到初三变化就大了，学习态度也也大不如以前，原因就是差生太多，学习风气不佳，上课的时候总是感觉有些同学无所事事，不是摆龙门阵就是干其他的事，有些甚至把桌子敲得叮叮当当的响，人都是有忍耐限度的，老师也是人。刚开始的时候我很是不适应这样的课堂，他们的一举一动都影响着我上课的情绪，每要上他们的课之前我就觉得紧张，不知道能否“安全”度过？？说笑了，主要是怕自己忍不住犯错。后来慢慢的我找到一个缓解自己情绪的方法：时常想着爱学习的同学，想着他们的前途，想着他们看到老师上课的感受，想着上课爱玩的同学可能真的克制不住自己，他们听不懂也没办法。仔细思考一下，我意识到我的情绪受到各别学生的影响而没有把课上好，我可能会影响到更多的同学。所以当我情绪有些波动的时候我就提醒自己：为了那些对自己负责的同学，只要做到问心无愧即可。当我的注意力从差生转移到其他学生身上的时候，我发现心情的确好了不少，而且也能做到上课不被打扰，把自己的知识一一的展现在学生面前。

上自习的时候，我会偶尔抽一部分同学回忆一下平时常见单词的运用，短语的运用，句型的运用以及某些语法的运用。我们最缺少的练习就是听力和作文，就只有毕业前一个月训练了一下，我也不知考试结果如何，我也知道这样做不够妥当，不知各位老师有什么好的建议？

在课堂上的教学，我采取的是教会学生音标，用音标知识来拼读每个单元的新单词；对于简单的对话，我实行当堂课就能背诵并过关，有部分学困生对课文对话不能朗读时，在课余时间我们采取的是一对一帮扶对子的方式，让优生来教学困生当天所教的对话，教会后，再进行操练。在第二堂课时，我会再次抽这部分学困生来朗读上次课的对话，及时了解他们的学习情况，掌握一对一帮扶小组的进展情况。因为我采取的是小组合作的形式，所以评价是一个很好的武器。只要一对一的优生与学困生在一个单元的学习后，双方都有进步或收获，就及时在班上作出表扬；对于没有多大进展的帮扶小组，要耐心并认真地跟他们沟通，分析问题出自哪里？并及时正确地作出调整，让他们都有信心把帮扶小组活动坚持下去。在课堂上，抽帮扶小组的中部分学生，让他们互相比较哪个帮扶小组更出色，更优秀，这样让他们愿意说，抢着说，那你还怕他们没兴趣吗？这样既提高了学生的兴趣又增强了他们的团队合作意识。其实，我还在教学中把课文的情景与生活相结合，鼓励他们将每日的衣食起居都用上我们在课文中所学的英语，这样达到日积月累的目的；此外，我还用英语格言来励志，用幽默故事来调动孩子们的兴趣。在操练口语时，尽量找学生感兴趣的话题，鼓励他们多发言，多交流；在培养学生的阅读能力方面，我尽量挑一些趣味性较强的故事，由易到难，让他们都有收获，逐步培养学生的自信心，兴趣也慢慢提高起来，这样他们学起来也相应轻松许多。

学生的基础和能力是有区别的，因此我们的作业练习不要千篇一律，为了进一步真正做到高效课堂，我尽量对不同层次的学生设计不同要求的练习，让全体学生都能参与到英语学习中。我每天都会有最基本的词汇和句型要求全体学生掌握，但对于语言的能力运用题，我会有意识地将难题与基础题分开，经过学生充分思考后，先提问基础好的较难题，再提问基础差的基础题，这样，各个层次的学生都能得到不同程度的提高。

对于作业的批改，后进生我会采取“面批”的方式，也可以让基础较好的学生和他们“互批”。然后我会对他们采取鼓励性的评语式的书面评价方式，不会一味地用分数来进行评价。老师在“面批”的时候可以给学生面对面地进行答疑解惑，而学生合作“互批”可以让后进生消除心理障碍，找到自己学习的榜样。

此外，我觉得作为一名老师，不仅要让学生喜欢上自己的课，在课后与学生的关系也相当的重要。我希望他们不仅把我当老师，更要把我当朋友。因此，我不会放过任何一个与学生交流的机会，像学校举行的运动会，迎新文艺演出，六。一儿童节等活动时，我都会和学生们一起参与，并用相机记录下他们开心的每一点滴，与他们开开心地玩耍。我还会利用课余的时间找学生谈心，让学生感到老师很关心也很重视他。遇到一些问题学生或是成绩有些退步的学生，我会先帮他们找出问题的根源，再对他们进行鼓励，并且和他们作一些约定，如果他们在今后的学习中取得了进步，哪怕是一点点小小的进步，我都会对他们进行表扬和奖励。我觉得一个老师只要真心为学生好，学生也能感受老师的良苦用心，他们也会真真切切地去努力的！所以他们每一滴的进步，都是我们共同努力的结果。

Most of the water is in the oceans or locked away as ice．The largest volumes of fresh water are stored underground as groundwater,imagine there is only one barrel of water in the world,then there is only a spoon of it on the land,and the water we can use is only a drop of it．Now I have to remind all of you here that the single drop of water is never as Clean as before,it has been polluted severely by our human beings．

There is a very beautiful river in Paris．It is the Seine,it runs across the City,people drink coffee,chat on the bank in the day,at night,they enjoy the beautiful scenery in the boat,songs from the river fly into the Sky made the river more attractive,the Seine is a famous symbol of France；on the west coast of pacific ocean there lies the modern City Shanghai,anot ther river which used to be a very important transportation route runs through the center of the city,people respected and regard it as＂mother＂．It is the＂suzhou river,but l believe that few of you would sit beside it,people will be scattered by the terrible smell of water when walk by．I have to say it is extremely dirty!And we all know that a lot of beautiful rivers in the world also are Sharing the same fate with suzhou river． Who is the devil？I can＇t help asking．

Many human activities and their by-products have the potential to pollute have a look along the banks of the river,large and small industrial enterprises discharge dirty

water,tons of garbage were thrown into the river,the water contained so much that it can＇t clean with the dramatic development in many sides of Shanghai,the suzhou river has become a black point of the appearance of city.

Fortunately,the government has control the situation now,we are happy to see some parts of the river has become clean again,and we even can find fish sometime.

The unique earth is the only planet full of lives,the water is just like the blood in the active body,protecting water is saving to waste a single drop of water,otherwise,the only drop of water we could keep in the future would be our tear!

My dear friends,mankind still faces a great difficulty in solving the problems of the environment and development,and there is a grand task to perform and along way to middle school students in China will always cooperate with the young people of the world to protect the environment.

Honorable Judges, fellow students: Recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
